頁巖氣儲(chǔ)層水力壓裂復(fù)雜裂縫導(dǎo)流能力實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為研究頁巖氣儲(chǔ)層水力壓裂后復(fù)雜裂縫導(dǎo)流能力,運(yùn)用FCES-100裂縫導(dǎo)流儀,選取頁巖地面露頭巖心,加工成符合實(shí)驗(yàn)要求尺寸巖心板,將頁巖復(fù)雜裂縫簡化為轉(zhuǎn)向裂縫和分支裂縫兩種形式,用陶粒和覆膜砂兩種類型支撐劑進(jìn)行導(dǎo)流能力實(shí)驗(yàn)測試。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:裂縫形態(tài)對導(dǎo)流能力影響較大,裂縫轉(zhuǎn)向后導(dǎo)流能力明顯低于單一裂縫,低閉合壓力條件下轉(zhuǎn)向裂縫與單一裂縫導(dǎo)流能力相差35%~40%,隨閉合應(yīng)力增大,差距逐漸增大;低閉合壓力下陶粒導(dǎo)流能力高于覆膜砂,而當(dāng)閉合壓力增大后覆膜砂的導(dǎo)流能力反超陶粒,低鋪砂濃度下反超趨勢更加明顯;分支裂縫存在時(shí),等量支撐劑多條分支裂縫的等效導(dǎo)流能力小于單一裂縫,高閉合壓力下分支裂縫中不同分支鋪砂濃度的差異越大,導(dǎo)流能力與單一裂縫越接近。
[Abstract]:In order to study the complex fracture conductivity of shale gas reservoir after hydraulic fracturing, the core of shale surface outcrop was selected by using FCES-100 fracture diversion instrument and processed into core plate in accordance with the experimental requirements. The complex fractures of shale are simplified into two forms: steering fracture and branch fracture. The conductivity of shale is tested by ceramsite and coated sand. The experimental results show that the fracture shape has a great influence on the diversion capacity, and the diversion capacity after the crack steering is obviously lower than that of the single crack. Under the condition of low closed pressure, the difference between the diversion capacity of the steering crack and the single crack is 35% 鈮,
