大慶油田注聚井解堵增注措施研究

【摘要】:大慶油田先后進(jìn)行了聚合物驅(qū)油技術(shù)的試驗(yàn)和應(yīng)用,隨著聚合物注入井的連續(xù)注入,達(dá)到預(yù)期的驅(qū)油效果,提高了油井的產(chǎn)量,但是注聚井由于注入物性質(zhì)的變化以及油層的情況而出現(xiàn)了堵塞的現(xiàn)象,導(dǎo)致注入壓力上升、地層的吸液指數(shù)下降,影響到聚驅(qū)的效果。注聚井堵塞問題突顯出來,必須加以解決,才能保證聚合物驅(qū)油的效果。為了解除注聚井的堵塞情況,必須研究有效的解堵劑。本文針對大慶油田聚合物注入井的生產(chǎn)情況,分析堵塞物的成分,對堵塞的成因進(jìn)行研究,提出必要的技術(shù)措施,有效地解決堵塞的問題。通過各種室內(nèi)的化學(xué)試驗(yàn),研究高效的解堵劑體系,并經(jīng)過現(xiàn)場的確認(rèn),達(dá)到最佳的解堵效果。而且在解堵體系實(shí)施后,應(yīng)用油層保護(hù)劑,解決油層的污染問題,能夠延長注聚井的服役年限。對于大慶油田注聚井的堵塞情況的分析,現(xiàn)場采油廠的生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐檢驗(yàn),取得了較好的解堵效果。
[Abstract]:Daqing Oilfield has carried out the test and application of polymer flooding technology one after another. With the continuous injection of polymer injection wells, the expected oil displacement effect has been achieved and the production of oil wells has been increased. However, due to the change of injection properties and the situation of reservoir, the polymer injection well has the phenomenon of blockage, which leads to the increase of injection pressure and the decrease of liquid absorption index of formation, which affects the effect of polymer flooding. The problem of polymer injection well blockage is highlighted and must be solved in order to ensure the effect of polymer flooding. In order to remove the blockage of polymer injection wells, effective plugging removers must be studied. In this paper, according to the production situation of polymer injection well in Daqing Oilfield, the composition of blockage is analyzed, the cause of blockage is studied, and the necessary technical measures are put forward to effectively solve the problem of blockage. Through various laboratory chemical experiments, the efficient plugging removal agent system was studied, and the best plugging removal effect was achieved by field confirmation. Moreover, after the implementation of the plug removal system, the application of reservoir protectants to solve the problem of reservoir pollution can prolong the service life of polymer injection wells. For the analysis of the blockage of polymer injection wells in Daqing Oilfield, the production practice of field oil production plants has been tested, and good plugging removal effect has been obtained.
