新型電絮凝裝置凈化含油污水的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:針對油田乳化液的水質(zhì)特性,用電絮凝方法對配制的含油污水進(jìn)行動態(tài)試驗(yàn)研究;谧灾髟O(shè)計(jì)的新型電絮凝裝置,首先開展了電流密度和處理流量對新型電絮凝裝置處理性能的影響試驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)隨著電流密度的增大和處理流量的減小,除油率和除濁率升高。其次,在新型電絮凝裝置中增加了斜管裝置,發(fā)現(xiàn)除油率提高了2%~3%。最后,分析了耗鋁量和耗電量,發(fā)現(xiàn)電流密度為95.24 A/m2,處理流量為20 L/h時(shí),裝置處理效果最佳。
[Abstract]:According to the water quality characteristics of oil field emulsion, the dynamic test of oily sewage prepared by electric flocculation method was carried out. Based on the new type of electric flocculation device designed by ourselves, the effects of current density and treatment flow rate on the treatment performance of the new electric flocculation device were carried out. It was found that with the increase of current density and the decrease of treatment flow rate, the oil removal rate and turbidity removal rate increased.
