【摘要】：滑坡危險性評價是定量化評價滑坡對油罐破壞效應(yīng)的重要手段和主動防災(zāi)措施,可以將油庫的維護方式從盲目被動提升為有預(yù)知性的積極防護。以中國南方某覆土油庫為研究對象,將現(xiàn)場調(diào)研結(jié)果和收集的資料相結(jié)合,根據(jù)滑坡災(zāi)害危險性評價指標(biāo),建立了覆土油庫區(qū)域滑坡危險性評價指標(biāo)體系:對ASTE GDEM 30 m精度數(shù)字高程模型(Digital Elevation Model,DEM)、陸地衛(wèi)星Landsat 5 TM遙感影像進行處理,獲得了覆土油庫區(qū)域坡面分析專題圖和植被覆蓋專題圖;由于滑坡災(zāi)害具有群發(fā)性的特點,提出利用GIS對DEM柵格轉(zhuǎn)點后導(dǎo)入Matlab進行危險性評價運算的方法,將危險性評價結(jié)果重新導(dǎo)入Arc GIS進行點轉(zhuǎn)柵格運算制作了基于模糊綜合評判法的區(qū)域危險性評價區(qū)劃圖;采用VB+Assess數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計了覆土油庫區(qū)域滑坡危險性評價管理系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)了用戶登錄、數(shù)據(jù)載入、信息查詢、數(shù)據(jù)資料庫、數(shù)據(jù)下載、危險性評價、系統(tǒng)幫助7個模塊功能。該方法對于覆土油罐滑坡災(zāi)害危險性評價具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Landslide risk assessment is an important means to quantitatively evaluate the damage effect of landslide on oil tank and an active disaster prevention measure, which can improve the maintenance mode of oil depot from blind passive to predictive positive protection. Taking a overlying oil depot in southern China as the research object, combining the results of field investigation with the collected data, according to the risk assessment index of landslide disaster, The landslide risk assessment index system of overlying oil depot is established: ASTE GDEM 30m precision digital elevation model (Digital Elevation Model,DEM) and Landsat 5 TM remote sensing image of Landsat are processed. The thematic maps of slope analysis and vegetation cover in overlying oil depots were obtained. Because the landslide disaster has the characteristics of group occurrence, this paper puts forward a method of using GIS to carry out risk assessment operation by introducing DEM grid into Matlab. The risk assessment results are re-introduced into Arc GIS for point-to-grid operation, and the regional risk assessment zoning map based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is made. A landslide risk assessment management system for overlying oil depot is designed by using VB Assess database, which realizes seven modules: user login, data loading, information query, data database, data download, risk assessment and system help. This method has certain reference value for landslide hazard assessment of overlying oil tank.
