石蠟燃料的燃燒性能與其化學(xué)組成的關(guān)系

【摘要】:為了研究石蠟的燃燒性能與其化學(xué)組成之間的關(guān)系,針對54~#、58~#、62~#和66~#4種粗晶石蠟開展了氣相色譜分析,并測試了4種石蠟的燃燒熱和在氧氣流中的瞬時退移速率,同時利用N ASA-C EA軟件計算了4種石蠟燃料不同氧燃比下的能量特性。結(jié)果表明:54~#、58~#、62~#和66~#4種粗晶石蠟的平均分子式分別為C_(26.40)H_(54.80)、C_(27.59)H_(57.18)、C_(28.02)H_(58.04)和C_(32.11)H_(66.22),正構(gòu)烷烴含量分別為92.79%、89.44%、88.36%和84.55%;平均碳數(shù)n越大、正構(gòu)烷烴含量越小的石蠟其燃燒熱越低;隨著平均碳數(shù)n值的增大以及正構(gòu)烷烴含量的降低,石蠟的退移速率降低。NASA-CEA程序計算得到4種石蠟的能量特性受其化學(xué)組成的影響很小,其最佳氧燃比均為2.7,對應(yīng)的理論比沖約為354 s,絕熱火焰溫度約為3600 K。
[Abstract]:In order to study the relationship between the combustion properties of paraffin wax and its chemical composition, gas chromatographic analysis was carried out on four coarse-grained paraffin wax (54, 58, 62 and 66). At the same time, the combustion heat of four paraffin wax and the instantaneous desorption rate in oxygen flow were measured, and the energy characteristics of four paraffin fuels with different oxygen-fuel ratios were calculated by N-ASA-C EA software. The results showed that the average molecular formulas of the crude paraffin wax were C26.40 H54.80, C27.59 H57.18, respectively, and the average molecular formulas of the crude paraffin wax were 54%, 58%, 62% and 66%, respectively, and the average molecular formulas were C26.40 H54.80, C27.59 H57.18, respectively. C _ (28.02) H _ (58.04) and C _ (32.11) H _ (66.22), the contents of n-alkanes were 92.79%, 89.44%, 88.36% and 84.55%, respectively. The higher the average carbon number n, the lower the combustion heat of paraffin wax with lower n-alkane content; With the increase of the average carbon number n and the decrease of n-alkane content, the demigration rate of paraffin wax decreases. The results of NASA-CEA program show that the energy characteristics of four paraffin wax are little affected by their chemical composition, and the optimum oxygen-fuel ratio is 2.7. The corresponding theoretical specific impulse is about 354s and the adiabatic flame temperature is about 3600 K.
