微觀油水調(diào)控體系調(diào)驅(qū)性能研究

【摘要】:目前深部調(diào)驅(qū)技術(shù)注重于儲(chǔ)層宏觀非均質(zhì)性的調(diào)整,但特高含水期剩余油的分布更加零散,賦存方式以多孔型(孔隙半徑約在5~25μm之間)為主,本文從打破油水微觀平衡、擴(kuò)大微觀波及體積的角度出發(fā),研究了微觀油水調(diào)控體系,取得多項(xiàng)有意義的研究成果:針對(duì)勝利油田勝二區(qū)地層地質(zhì)條件,本文篩選優(yōu)化出一種由B1(烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚羧酸鹽型表面活性劑)和A2(酯鹽型表面活性劑)組成的微觀油水調(diào)控體系,當(dāng)實(shí)驗(yàn)溫度為80℃時(shí),微觀油水調(diào)控體系(2000mg·L-1B1+2000mg·L-1A2)滲透進(jìn)入巖心孔隙能力強(qiáng),在輕微外力作用下,就能從油砂表面剝離原油,使其分散進(jìn)入水相,洗油效率可達(dá)81.05%;該體系在水驅(qū)至含水98%后,仍可大幅度提高采收率,采收率增值大于20%,含水率最低降至76%,具有較好的控水增油效果;該體系分散原油,得到粒徑范圍分布較廣的液滴,粒徑小于5μm、15~35μm兩個(gè)范圍內(nèi)的液滴居多,液滴之間通過(guò)架橋聚并的形式形成更大油滴或油帶;該體系能使油滴滯留在半徑大于24.98μm左右的孔隙內(nèi),最為有效地驅(qū)替了半徑在6.43~24.98μm孔隙區(qū)間的剩余油,同時(shí)具有“調(diào)”和“驅(qū)”的功能,達(dá)到控水增油的目的。
