淺海油田深部調(diào)驅(qū)技術(shù)

【摘要】:海南三塊油田實(shí)現(xiàn)注水開(kāi)發(fā)后,由于為東營(yíng)組儲(chǔ)層,含油層段長(zhǎng)(200~300m),巖性細(xì)、單層薄,層間、平面非均質(zhì)性強(qiáng),突進(jìn)系數(shù)6.03~16.71,變異系數(shù)1.22~2.96。縱向上高滲層吸水強(qiáng),水驅(qū)動(dòng)用狀況好,低滲層水驅(qū)狀況差,平面水線沿主流線方向推進(jìn),水驅(qū)波及小,從而導(dǎo)致見(jiàn)效快、見(jiàn)效井?dāng)?shù)少、含水上升快等開(kāi)發(fā)矛盾。根據(jù)2010年吸水剖面統(tǒng)計(jì),吸水層厚度占射開(kāi)厚度的73.8%,主力吸水層厚度占射孔厚度的31.4%,而吸水量卻占總吸水量的61.3%。由于吸水層位過(guò)于集中,縱向上水驅(qū)動(dòng)用狀況不均衡,造成油井部分小層注水突進(jìn),油井水淹快。因此,調(diào)整吸水剖面是提高注水波及體積,改善水驅(qū)效果的關(guān)鍵,對(duì)淺海公司實(shí)現(xiàn)陸灘穩(wěn)產(chǎn)具有重要意義。針對(duì)海南3塊中低滲、小孔喉的特點(diǎn),研發(fā)針對(duì)性的調(diào)驅(qū)劑體系,通過(guò)室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià),優(yōu)選現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工參數(shù),并通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用,達(dá)到調(diào)整水驅(qū)方向,提高水驅(qū)波及體積,抑制注入水指進(jìn),控制井組內(nèi)對(duì)應(yīng)油井含水上升速度。開(kāi)發(fā)一種對(duì)儲(chǔ)層傷害小,具有一定封堵能力,堵而不死,兼具驅(qū)油功能的多功能凝膠體系,并通過(guò)基本性能評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)配方進(jìn)行篩選并進(jìn)行物模實(shí)驗(yàn),優(yōu)化措施參數(shù),建立凝膠體系性能的評(píng)價(jià)方法,同時(shí)研究較為合理的分層調(diào)驅(qū)工藝管柱與注堵調(diào)一體化工藝技術(shù)。目標(biāo):(1)開(kāi)發(fā)一種適宜海南三塊的多功能調(diào)堵一體化學(xué)藥劑;(2)形成物模模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)藥劑的評(píng)價(jià)方案;(3)優(yōu)化施工工藝;(4)通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用,注水井達(dá)到注入量,吸水剖面測(cè)試結(jié)果反映高滲透層吸水量減少,低滲透層開(kāi)始吸水或吸水量增大。
[Abstract]:After water flooding has been realized in the third block of Hainan oilfield, the reservoir of Dongying formation is long (200 m 300 m), thin lithology, thin monolayer, interlayer, strong plane heterogeneity, outburst coefficient 6.03 ~ 16.71 and coefficient of variation 1.22 ~ 2.96. The water absorption of the vertical high permeability layer is strong, the water driving condition is good, the water drive condition of the low permeability layer is poor, the plane waterline advances along the direction of the main flow line, and the water flooding spread is small, which leads to the development contradiction of quick effect, less number of effective wells and quick rise of water cut and so on. According to the statistics of water absorption profile in 2010, the thickness of water absorption layer accounts for 73.8% of the perforation thickness, the thickness of the main absorbing layer is 31.4% of the perforation thickness, and the water absorption rate is 61.3% of the total water absorption. Because the water absorption level is too concentrated and the vertical water driving condition is not balanced, some small layers of oil well water injection burst into the oil well, and the water flooding of the oil well is fast. Therefore, adjusting the water absorption profile is the key to improve the sweep volume of water injection and improve the effect of water flooding, and it is of great significance for the shallow water company to realize the stable production of the land flat. In view of the characteristics of medium-low permeability and small pore throat in Hainan 3 block, a targeted flooding agent system is developed. The field construction parameters are optimized through indoor experiment evaluation and field application to adjust the direction of water drive and improve the sweep volume of water drive. The injection water is restrained and the water-cut rising rate of the corresponding well is controlled in the well group. A kind of multifunctional gel system with little damage to reservoir, certain plugging ability, plugging without death and oil displacement function was developed. The formula was screened through basic performance evaluation and the physical model experiment was carried out to optimize the measure parameters. The evaluation method of gel system performance was established, and the reasonable technology of pipe string and injection-plugging control was studied. Objective: (1) to develop a kind of multi-function, adjusting and plugging integrated medicament suitable for Hainan three blocks, (2) to form the evaluation scheme of the material model simulation experiment, (3) to optimize the construction technology, and (3) to optimize the construction technology. (4) through the field application, the injection capacity of the injection well is reached, and the water absorption profile test results show that the water absorption of the high permeability layer decreases, and the low permeability layer begins to absorb water or increase the water absorption capacity.
