一種新型乳化膠凝酸的制備與性能評價

【摘要】:在碳酸鹽巖儲層酸壓施工中,膠凝酸作為常用緩速酸體系,具有良好緩速效果和降摩阻效果,但不能滿足高溫儲層深度酸化要求。因此,需要研發(fā)耐溫和緩速性能更加優(yōu)良的緩速酸液體。乳化酸具有濾失量小、緩速性能好、能產(chǎn)生較長酸蝕裂縫的特點,其高溫穩(wěn)定性差限制了進一步推廣應用。本研究將膠凝酸和乳化酸合二為一,研發(fā)了一種新型雙重緩速酸液體系——乳化膠凝酸(EGA)。室內(nèi)實驗確定了耐溫120℃乳化膠凝酸配方與制備工藝,并對乳化膠凝酸體系的穩(wěn)定性能、耐溫性能、高溫流變性能、酸巖反應等進行了評價研究。乳化膠凝酸室溫下穩(wěn)定放置48 h無分層破乳現(xiàn)象,120℃下可穩(wěn)定2 h以上,120℃、170 s~(-1)下剪切80 min后黏度大于40 mPa·s,酸巖反應動力學實驗表明乳化膠凝酸酸巖反應速率小于乳化酸及膠凝酸。說明乳化膠凝酸體系具有良好的耐溫性能、耐溫耐剪切性能、雙重緩速性能,具有良好的推廣應用前景。
[Abstract]:In the acid pressure construction of carbonate reservoir, the gelling acid is used as a common slow-speed acid system, and has good slow-speed effect and friction-reducing effect, but can not meet the deep-acidification requirement of high-temperature reservoir.
