基于雙層規(guī)劃理論油田樹(shù)狀注水管網(wǎng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:油田注水管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)大型的多級(jí)流體網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng),其優(yōu)化是包含線性優(yōu)化、非線性優(yōu)化、多重約束及多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化的復(fù)雜優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,優(yōu)化過(guò)程中涉及多個(gè)參數(shù),包括離散變量、連續(xù)變量以及判別變量。注水管網(wǎng)組成有:注水站、配水間、注水井以及連接各級(jí)站、承擔(dān)輸水作用的注水管線。因此本文將以各組成部分的數(shù)據(jù)信息為微觀元素,通過(guò)優(yōu)化分析獲得可直觀衡量管網(wǎng)性能優(yōu)劣的宏觀指標(biāo)。本文以樹(shù)狀注水管網(wǎng)為研究對(duì)象,其相對(duì)于星狀管網(wǎng)更具靈活性,而相對(duì)于環(huán)狀管網(wǎng)則具有投資少,易于控制的優(yōu)點(diǎn),并可以隨注水井?dāng)?shù)的增加進(jìn)行適當(dāng)改造。管網(wǎng)的費(fèi)用來(lái)源可以分為兩方面:一方面來(lái)自管網(wǎng)的基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)費(fèi)用,另一方面來(lái)自管網(wǎng)投入運(yùn)營(yíng)后產(chǎn)生的運(yùn)行費(fèi)用。由于油田注水管網(wǎng)的優(yōu)化屬于強(qiáng)NP-hard問(wèn)題,所以以往的優(yōu)化研究往往致力于單目標(biāo)優(yōu)化或無(wú)關(guān)聯(lián)多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化,不能確保管網(wǎng)總體情況最優(yōu),而本文著眼于油田注水管網(wǎng)總體優(yōu)化這一研究方向進(jìn)行了以下幾部分的研究:(1)引入雙層規(guī)劃理論作為管網(wǎng)建模的理論依據(jù),嘗試在模型中對(duì)管網(wǎng)建設(shè)投資與運(yùn)行費(fèi)用進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,并運(yùn)用管線管徑作為決策變量,聯(lián)系上下層模型,使整個(gè)管網(wǎng)的建設(shè)費(fèi)用與運(yùn)行費(fèi)用均達(dá)到最優(yōu)。(2)在管網(wǎng)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化過(guò)程中,引入注水分干線概念,即對(duì)樹(shù)狀注水管網(wǎng)中同級(jí)別站之間供水管線的統(tǒng)稱,主要工作包括注水井組的隸屬劃分、注水站與配水間的站址選取及注水分干線的選線,以距離函數(shù)的求解作為準(zhǔn)則,并在站址選取的過(guò)程中采用類電磁機(jī)制算法作為優(yōu)化算法,利用其效率高、需要參數(shù)少的優(yōu)點(diǎn)提高尋優(yōu)的速度及準(zhǔn)確性。(3)在管網(wǎng)運(yùn)行優(yōu)化過(guò)程中,以質(zhì)量守恒定律和能量守恒定律為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),考慮運(yùn)行過(guò)程中的主要能耗來(lái)源,并制定注水支線、注水干線及注水分干線的管徑方案,求解管網(wǎng)的運(yùn)行費(fèi)用。本文在以上工作的基礎(chǔ)上,在MATLAB環(huán)境下編制程序,并在計(jì)算機(jī)上實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)雙層規(guī)劃模型的建立、求解及方案輸出。
[Abstract]:Oilfield water flooding network system is a large multi-level fluid network system. Its optimization is a complex optimization problem which includes linear optimization, nonlinear optimization, multiple constraints and multi-objective optimization. The optimization process involves several parameters, including discrete variables. Continuous variables and discriminant variables. The water injection network is composed of water injection station, water distribution room, water injection well and water injection pipeline. Therefore, this paper will take the data information of each component as the micro-element, and obtain the macroscopic index which can directly measure the performance of the pipe network through the optimization analysis. In this paper, the tree-shaped water-flooding network is taken as the research object, which is more flexible than the star-shaped network, while the ring-shaped network has the advantages of less investment and easy to control, and it can be reformed appropriately with the increase of the number of injection wells. The cost source of the pipe network can be divided into two aspects: on the one hand, it comes from the infrastructure cost of the pipe network, on the other hand, it comes from the operation cost of the pipe network. Because the optimization of oilfield waterflooding network belongs to the strong NP-hard problem, the previous optimization research is usually devoted to single-objective optimization or uncorrelated multi-objective optimization, which can not ensure the optimal overall situation of the pipeline network. This paper focuses on the overall optimization of oilfield water flooding network in the research direction of the following parts: (1) the introduction of double-level programming theory as the theoretical basis of pipe network modeling, This paper tries to optimize the investment and operation cost of pipe network construction in the model, and uses pipeline diameter as decision variable to connect the model of upper and lower layers. The construction cost and operation cost of the whole pipeline network are optimized. (2) in the process of topology optimization of the pipeline network, the concept of waterflooding sub-trunk line is introduced, that is, the general name of the water supply pipeline between the same grade stations in the tree-shaped water injection pipe network. The main work includes the subordination division of water injection well group, the site selection between water injection station and water distribution station and the line selection of water injection sub-lines, taking the solution of distance function as the criterion, and adopting the electromagnetic-like mechanism algorithm as the optimization algorithm in the process of site selection. The advantages of high efficiency and few parameters are needed to improve the speed and accuracy of optimization. (3) in the optimization process of pipeline network, the law of conservation of mass and the law of conservation of energy are used as the standard, and the main sources of energy consumption in the process of operation are considered. The pipe diameter scheme of water injection branch line, water injection trunk line and water injection sub-main line is made, and the running cost of the pipeline network is calculated. In this paper, based on the above work, the program is programmed under the MATLAB environment, and the establishment, solution and output of the two-level programming model are realized on the computer.
