鉆井液循環(huán)系統(tǒng)減緩液面波動裝置研發(fā)與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:鉆井施工過程中需要對溢流、井漏進(jìn)行及時(shí)監(jiān)控,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題后要立即采取相應(yīng)井控措施。為實(shí)現(xiàn)"1m~3發(fā)現(xiàn),2m~3關(guān)井"的目標(biāo),對現(xiàn)有溢流監(jiān)測裝置進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)。將鉆井液高架槽的單擋板改為雙擋板結(jié)構(gòu),利用擋板1降低鉆井液流動速度,減緩鉆井液液面波動;利用擋板2調(diào)節(jié)液面高度,實(shí)現(xiàn)液面高度差變化的精確計(jì)量。根據(jù)U形管原理設(shè)計(jì)了鉆井液罐浮球式裝置,不僅消除了濾圓筒外液面的波動,同時(shí)解決了氣泡聚集的問題,能夠精確計(jì)量發(fā)生井漏或溢流后鉆井液罐中鉆井液的體積變化量。改進(jìn)后的溢流監(jiān)測裝置在塔河油田60余口井進(jìn)行了推廣使用,其中6口井發(fā)生溢流時(shí),該裝置均能準(zhǔn)確地發(fā)現(xiàn)溢流,關(guān)井后溢流量均在2m~3以內(nèi),較傳統(tǒng)的人工方法能夠更加及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地發(fā)現(xiàn)溢流,F(xiàn)場應(yīng)用表明,該裝置能有效提高發(fā)現(xiàn)溢流、井漏的靈敏性,解決現(xiàn)場發(fā)現(xiàn)溢流滯后的問題,可為精確發(fā)現(xiàn)溢流提供技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:The overflow and well leakage should be monitored in time during drilling operation, and the corresponding well control measures should be taken as soon as the problems are discovered. In order to realize the goal of "1m~3 discovery, 2m~3 shut-in", the existing overflow monitoring device has been improved. The single bezel of drilling fluid viaduct is changed into double baffle structure, the flow velocity of drilling fluid is reduced by baffle 1, the fluctuation of drilling fluid level is slowed down, and the height of liquid level is adjusted by baffle 2 to realize the accurate measurement of the variation of liquid level height. According to the principle of U-tube, the float-ball device of drilling fluid tank is designed, which not only eliminates the fluctuation of fluid level outside the filter cylinder, but also solves the problem of bubble accumulation. It can accurately measure the volume change of drilling fluid in drilling fluid tank after well leakage or overflow. The improved overflow monitoring device has been widely used in more than 60 wells in Tahe Oilfield. When overflow occurs in 6 wells, the overflow can be found accurately, and the overflow after shut-in is within 2m~3. Compared with the traditional artificial method, the overflow can be found more timely and accurately. The field application shows that the device can effectively improve the sensitivity of finding overflow and well leakage, solve the problem of finding overflow lag in the field, and provide technical support for accurately detecting overflow.
