THHC-I輕油型加氫裂化催化劑的研究開發(fā)與工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)

【摘要】:針對(duì)高氮、環(huán)烷基特性的餾分油多產(chǎn)重整原料加氫裂化工藝,本文通過改性Y分子篩硅鋁比、載體中分子篩含量與催化劑中Ni-Mo金屬含量的優(yōu)化,經(jīng)過中試制備、工業(yè)放大與工業(yè)化生產(chǎn),成功地開發(fā)出THHC-I加氫裂化催化劑。工業(yè)生產(chǎn)THHC-I加氫裂化的物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)與催化劑性能及中試制備、工業(yè)放大的催化劑相當(dāng),催化劑對(duì)舟山焦化重餾分油的1500h中試評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果為:345℃餾分轉(zhuǎn)化率75.8%,170℃石腦油收率42.7%,石腦油中硫含量為1μg/g,氮含量為0.6μg/g,柴油中硫含量為5μg/g,氮含量為3μg/g。表明THHC-I加氫裂化對(duì)焦化重餾分油具有優(yōu)異的加氫裂化活性、輕油選擇性與穩(wěn)定性。該催化劑完成30t的生產(chǎn),并成功應(yīng)用于舟山石化焦化重餾分油加氫裂化多產(chǎn)重整原料工藝中。
[Abstract]:In view of the hydrocracking process of reforming feedstock with high nitrogen and naphthenic characteristics, the content of molecular sieve in support and the content of Ni-Mo in catalyst were optimized by modifying the Si / Al ratio of Y molecular sieve, and were prepared by pilot-scale test. THHC-I hydrocracking catalyst was successfully developed by commercial scale-up and commercial production. The physical and chemical properties of commercial production of THHC-I hydrocracking are similar to those of catalyst performance and pilot-scale preparation.
