【摘要】：石油管道站場儲罐是存儲石油的主要設(shè)備,同時也是石油戰(zhàn)略儲備庫的主要組成部分。儲罐底板的腐蝕情況直接決定著儲罐的壽命。國內(nèi)石油儲罐底板主要的腐蝕控制方式為涂層加陰極保護(hù)聯(lián)合保護(hù)。由于罐底板焊接過程中,焊縫附近的涂層會受到損壞,而損壞的涂層難以修復(fù),因此儲罐底板陰極保護(hù)顯得至關(guān)重要。目前國內(nèi)擁有一系列儲罐底板陰極保護(hù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),在使用過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)存在一些問題,為了提高國內(nèi)地上石油儲罐陰極保護(hù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的適用性和科學(xué)性,通過對比國內(nèi)外相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并結(jié)合工作實(shí)際,開展標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差異分析研究,提出合理的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制修訂建議。
[Abstract]:Oil pipeline yard storage tank is the main equipment to store oil, and it is also the main component of strategic oil storage. The corrosion of tank floor directly determines the life of storage tank. The main corrosion control mode of domestic petroleum tank floor is coating and cathodic protection. The cathodic protection of tank floor is very important because the coating near the welding seam will be damaged and the damaged coating will be difficult to repair during the welding process of tank floor. At present, there are a series of cathodic protection standards for tank floor in China, and some problems have been found in the process of application. In order to improve the applicability and scientific nature of cathodic protection standards for overground oil tanks in China, By comparing the relevant standards at home and abroad and combining with the actual work, this paper analyzes and studies the differences of standards, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the revision of the standard system.
