共采技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀與在煤系氣共采中的適應(yīng)性分析

【摘要】:我國多數(shù)煤系氣地區(qū)成藏致密,層間呈疊置狀,單層開發(fā)難度較大且經(jīng)濟效益不顯著,于是提出開發(fā)適用于煤系氣多氣共采的技術(shù)尤為必要。從共采的角度分析,共采技術(shù)分為同壓力體系共采和同井筒分壓力體系共采兩類。對目前油氣田常用的同井筒分壓共采技術(shù)進行了總結(jié)和分類,分別從抽油泵、井下管柱及排采方式的不同對現(xiàn)有分壓共采技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀進行了歸類整理,給出其特點和在煤系氣開發(fā)中的適用性;并通過類比這些技術(shù)的特征并結(jié)合煤系氣自身特性,得出了現(xiàn)有技術(shù)共采煤系氣將可能出現(xiàn)的問題,提出了側(cè)重構(gòu)造井下壓力體系及優(yōu)化產(chǎn)物流體通道的研究方向,給出了煤系氣共采技術(shù)管柱設(shè)計需要注意的問題,這對于煤系氣多氣共采,有所幫助。
[Abstract]:In most coal measure gas areas in China, the reservoir is dense and the interlayer is superimposed. The single layer development is difficult and the economic benefit is not obvious. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the technology suitable for coal measure gas multi-gas co-mining. From the point of view of co-production, the co-production technology can be divided into the same pressure system and the same wellbore pressure system. This paper summarizes and classifies the common well-bore partial pressure and co-production technology used in oil and gas fields at present, and classifies and sorts the existing partial pressure co-production technology from the different aspects of subsurface oil pump, downhole pipe string and discharge production mode, respectively. Its characteristics and applicability in coal series gas development are given. By analogizing the characteristics of these technologies and combining with the characteristics of coal measure gas, the possible problems will arise in the co-mining of coal measure gas by the existing technology, and the research direction of constructing downhole pressure system and optimizing the fluid channel of products is put forward. The problems needing attention in pipe string design of coal-measure gas co-mining technology are given, which is helpful to multi-gas co-mining of coal series gas.
