基于集膚效應(yīng)的大直徑薄壁彎管感應(yīng)加熱
[Abstract]:Large diameter thin wall elbows are widely used in oil and gas transmission pipeline engineering. Local induction heating and hydraulic push forming are the main process methods of bending pipe processing. The accurate matching of hydraulic pushing speed and induction heating parameters of equipment is an important factor affecting the quality of bending pipe. In view of the uncertainty of skin effect on heating effect in induction heating process, the key parameters based on skin effect are studied on the basis of theoretical analysis of induction heating, and the method of finite element simulation is used at the same time. The influence of process parameters on Joule heat distribution during induction heating was analyzed, and the optimization of parameters was realized by establishing orthogonal test. The results show that the influence of three parameters, current frequency, current density and distance between tube and induction ring, on skin effect should be taken into account in the design of induction heating device, and the optimal parameter group can be obtained. In order to provide accurate design parameters for the matching bending pipe pushing speed, the quality of bending pipe can be guaranteed and the efficiency of on-site debugging and production of equipment can be greatly improved.
