地震載荷工況下隧道內(nèi)油氣管道應(yīng)力分析研究

【摘要】:為了了解隧道內(nèi)油氣管道在地震載荷工況下的應(yīng)力分布情況,有必要對(duì)其進(jìn)行應(yīng)力分析;诘卣痦憫(yīng)譜分析法,采用CAESAR Ⅱ軟件建立了地震載荷工況下中緬某段隧道內(nèi)油氣管道的應(yīng)力模型,對(duì)其進(jìn)行應(yīng)力分析,并校核了油氣管道的位移、應(yīng)力是否符合規(guī)范。分析研究了管道的最危險(xiǎn)截面;計(jì)算出了危險(xiǎn)彎管的應(yīng)力比率,校核了應(yīng)力允許值;分析得出,軸向地震作用與綜合地震作用對(duì)管道影響較大,應(yīng)重點(diǎn)校核管道的軸向地震與綜合地震作用下的應(yīng)力變化,并加強(qiáng)監(jiān)測(cè)力度;通過(guò)對(duì)油氣管道的位移校核得出,軸向地震作用與綜合地震作用對(duì)隧道內(nèi)油氣管道的位移影響較大;地震作用下隧道內(nèi)軸向位移較其他兩方向位移較大,應(yīng)重點(diǎn)監(jiān)測(cè)。對(duì)斜管長(zhǎng)度、覆土深度、管道內(nèi)壓等影響因素進(jìn)行研究得出:架空段管道長(zhǎng)度與傾角、地震烈度、管道運(yùn)行溫度與管道內(nèi)壓對(duì)穿越地震帶隧道管道應(yīng)力影響較大;而覆土段管道長(zhǎng)度與傾角、覆土深度對(duì)管道影響較小。
