瀝青質(zhì)沉積對(duì)油井產(chǎn)能影響的模擬分析——以南海北部灣盆地W-1油田為例
[Abstract]:The changes of reservoir pressure, temperature and so on in the development of the oil field can lead to the precipitation and deposition of the asphaltenes in the crude oil, thus causing damage to the reservoir and reducing the production capacity of the oil well. Taking the W-1 oil field in the Beibu Gulf Basin of the South China Sea as an example, the process of the precipitation and deposition of the asphaltene and the effect on the productivity of the oil well are simulated by the numerical simulation method of the reservoir. As the pressure drop in the near-well zone of the production well is the largest, the precipitation and deposition of the asphaltenes are the most significant, resulting in the increase of the viscosity of the crude oil and the decrease of the permeability, leading to a decrease in the production capacity of the oil well. Through the simulation analysis, the main development countermeasures for the damage of the asphaltene deposition caused by the pressure drop are put forward: one is to reduce the production pressure difference of the production well, such as the small displacement production or the development of the horizontal well in the production well, and the second is to increase the energy supplement speed in the vicinity of the production well, such as the injection well super-injection, the encryption and injection well distance, and the like. The proposed horizontal adjustment well scheme based on the simulation analysis has been carried out in the W-1 oil field, and a certain yield increase effect has been obtained.
