川西須五裂縫性氣藏壓裂技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:川西新場構(gòu)造須五段氣藏為泥頁巖、粉-細(xì)砂巖多層系疊置的特低孔超致密儲(chǔ)層,埋深2500-3500m,天然裂縫發(fā)育。水力壓裂是須五氣藏投產(chǎn)的必要手段,由于川西須五氣藏天然裂縫發(fā)育,裂縫破裂方式與裂縫擴(kuò)展模式與常規(guī)砂巖氣藏有本質(zhì)區(qū)別。因此,有必要開展針對須五裂縫性氣藏的裂縫起裂及延伸模式的研究,對于指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)場壓裂工程設(shè)計(jì)具有重要的意義。本文主要完成了以下工作: (1)分析了須五裂縫性致密砂巖氣藏的地質(zhì)特征,總結(jié)了與壓裂相關(guān)的儲(chǔ)層物性、巖石力學(xué)參數(shù)和裂縫產(chǎn)狀及分布規(guī)律。 (2)利用彈性力學(xué)理論及幾何變換,建立了斜井井筒圍巖和孔眼壁面的應(yīng)力分布模型;根據(jù)斷裂力學(xué)理論,考慮孔眼與天然裂縫相交的情況,建立了不同起裂方式下的破裂壓力計(jì)算模型,并使用須五氣藏地質(zhì)參數(shù)計(jì)算分析了破裂壓力的影響因素。 (3)運(yùn)用經(jīng)典的水力裂縫與天然裂縫的相交準(zhǔn)則分析計(jì)算了水力裂縫與天然裂縫相交的影響因素,包括天然裂縫張開、剪切滑移和被穿過的條件,針對性分析了須五儲(chǔ)層壓裂改造中可能產(chǎn)生的相交行為。 (4)依據(jù)川西須五氣藏前期改造經(jīng)驗(yàn)及本文的研究成果,設(shè)計(jì)了XC32井壓裂方案并進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場實(shí)施;利用施工數(shù)據(jù)及微地震監(jiān)測結(jié)果分析了XC32的改造效果,獲得了須五裂縫性氣藏壓裂的相關(guān)技術(shù)認(rèn)識。 論文以川西須五裂縫性氣藏為研究對象,在壓裂裂縫起裂和擴(kuò)展模式方面開展了較為深入的研究,對于指導(dǎo)須五氣藏壓裂有重要工程意義,對類似裂縫性儲(chǔ)層壓裂也有借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The gas reservoir of Xuwu member of Xinchang structure in western Sichuan is shale, silt-fine sandstone multi-layer superimposed ultra-low Kong Chao tight reservoir, buried depth 2500-3500m, natural fracture developed. Hydraulic fracturing is a necessary method for the production of Xuwu gas reservoir. Due to the development of natural fractures in Xuwu gas reservoir in western Sichuan there are essential differences between fracture mode and fracture propagation mode and conventional sandstone gas reservoir. Therefore, it is necessary to study the fracture initiation and extension mode of Xuwu fractured gas reservoir, which is of great significance for guiding the design of field fracturing engineering. The main works of this paper are as follows: (1) the geological characteristics of Xuwu fractured tight sandstone gas reservoir are analyzed, and the reservoir physical properties, rock mechanics parameters, fracture occurrence and distribution law related to fracturing are summarized. (2) based on the theory of elasticity and geometric transformation, the stress distribution model of surrounding rock and hole wall of inclined shaft is established. According to the theory of fracture mechanics, considering the intersection of holes and natural fractures, the fracture pressure calculation model under different fracture initiation modes is established, and the influencing factors of fracture pressure are calculated and analyzed by using the geological parameters of Xuwu gas reservoir. (3) the influence factors of the intersection of hydraulic and natural fractures, including the conditions of natural crack opening, shear slip and passing through, are analyzed and calculated by using the classical criterion of intersecting between hydraulic fracture and natural fracture. The possible intersecting behavior in fracturing reconstruction of Xuwu reservoir is analyzed. (4) according to the experience of early reconstruction of Xuwu gas reservoir in western Sichuan and the research results of this paper, the fracturing scheme of XC32 well is designed and carried out on the spot. The reconstruction effect of XC32 is analyzed based on the operation data and the results of microseismic monitoring, and the relevant technical knowledge of fracturing in Xuwu fractured gas reservoir is obtained. This paper takes the Xuwu fractured gas reservoir in western Sichuan as the research object, and carries out more in-depth research on fracturing fracture initiation and expansion mode, which is of great engineering significance for guiding the fracturing of Xuwu gas reservoir. It can also be used for reference for similar fractured reservoir fracturing.
