基于ANSYS的深水油氣田電氣分配模塊殼體設(shè)計(jì)及耐壓性能分析

【摘要】:提出了壓力平衡結(jié)構(gòu)外殼體與內(nèi)部耐壓殼體相結(jié)合的深水油氣田電氣分配模塊殼體結(jié)構(gòu)方案,闡述了壓力平衡外殼的組成,并采用圖算法對(duì)耐壓殼體的腔體和封頭壁厚進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。使用ANSYS Workbench軟件對(duì)內(nèi)部耐壓殼體進(jìn)行耐壓性分析,結(jié)果表明,腔體擁有較好的耐壓性,能滿足功能要求。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the structure scheme of electric distribution module shell of deep water oil and gas field combined with pressure balance structure shell and internal pressure resisting shell is put forward, and the composition of pressure balance shell is expounded. The wall thickness of the chamber and head of the pressure-resistant shell is designed by using the graph algorithm. The ANSYS Workbench software is used to analyze the internal pressure resistance of the shell. The results show that the cavity has better voltage resistance and can meet the functional requirements.
