鋁礬土空心陶粒支撐劑的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:以尿素為成孔模板,MnO_2為燒結(jié)助劑,鋁礬土粉為球殼包覆材料,采用模板法制備了空心內(nèi)半徑可控的鋁礬土空心陶粒支撐劑。運用X射線熒光分析,熱分析、XRD和SEM等技術(shù)對鋁礬土原料粉預處理前后礦物相組成和化學成分及支撐劑產(chǎn)品微觀形貌的變化進行了比較分析,探究了原料預處理對支撐劑結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的影響,并對其影響機理進行了分析。結(jié)果表明:原料粉體經(jīng)預處理后可提高支撐劑的強度。在1440℃燒結(jié)后的主要物相為莫來石相和剛玉相。利用預處理后的鋁礬土粉體制備出的空心支撐劑的體積密度為1.35 g·cm~(-3),視密度2.47 g·cm~(-3),25 MPa閉合壓力破碎率為5.21%,單?箟浩骄禐58 N,試樣質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定,制備過程較易控制。
[Abstract]:Bauxite hollow ceramic proppant with controllable inner radius was prepared by template method using urea as pore forming template, MnO_2 as sintering assistant and bauxite powder as spherical shell coating material. X-ray fluorescence analysis, thermal analysis, XRD and SEM were used to compare and analyze the changes of mineral phase composition, chemical composition and microstructure of bauxite powder before and after pretreatment. The effect of raw material pretreatment on the structure and properties of proppant was investigated and the mechanism was analyzed.
