基于SAFETI模擬的大氣條件對(duì)天然氣擴(kuò)散影響的研究

【摘要】:為了確定在大氣條件影響下天然氣泄漏的燃燒影響和毒性影響,采用高斯模型對(duì)天然氣泄漏后的擴(kuò)散進(jìn)行分析,確定了大氣對(duì)其濃度分布影響的兩大因素:風(fēng)速和大氣穩(wěn)定度。通過(guò)SAFETI軟件對(duì)容器內(nèi)天然氣瞬時(shí)泄漏的場(chǎng)景進(jìn)行模擬,并結(jié)合控制變量法對(duì)模擬結(jié)果"泄漏發(fā)生18.75 s時(shí),濃度4.4×10~(-2)天然氣云的水平分布情況"、"下風(fēng)向最大爆炸半徑天然氣濃度隨時(shí)間變化的關(guān)系"進(jìn)行分析,研究了天然氣擴(kuò)散過(guò)程中受風(fēng)速和大氣穩(wěn)定度影響的濃度變化趨勢(shì)和擴(kuò)散分布規(guī)律。研究得出:天然氣在泄漏的過(guò)程中,以聚集再分散的方式進(jìn)行擴(kuò)散,天然氣總體分布的幾何中心向下風(fēng)向移動(dòng);泄漏天然氣在擴(kuò)散過(guò)程中,擴(kuò)散速度隨著風(fēng)速和大氣穩(wěn)定度的增大而增大;天然氣聚集的飽和濃度,隨著風(fēng)速的增大而增大,隨著大氣穩(wěn)定度的增大而減小;在一定的時(shí)間內(nèi),風(fēng)速越大,大氣穩(wěn)定度越大,天然氣的擴(kuò)散范圍越大。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the combustion and toxicity effects of natural gas leakage under the influence of atmospheric conditions, Gao Si model was used to analyze the diffusion of natural gas after the leakage, and two major factors affecting the concentration distribution of natural gas were determined: wind speed and atmospheric stability. The scene of instantaneous leakage of natural gas in vessel was simulated by SAFETI software, and the result of simulation was "horizontal distribution of gas cloud of 4.4 脳 10 ~ (-2) when the leakage occurred 18.75 s", combined with control variable method. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the concentration of natural gas with the maximum explosion radius under wind direction and time, the variation trend and diffusion distribution of gas concentration affected by wind speed and atmospheric stability in the process of natural gas diffusion are studied. The results show that: during the leakage of natural gas, the gas diffuses in the form of accumulation and dispersion, and the geometric center of the overall distribution of natural gas moves down the wind direction; During the diffusion process, the diffusion velocity increases with the increase of wind speed and atmospheric stability, the saturation concentration of natural gas accumulation increases with the increase of wind speed, and decreases with the increase of atmospheric stability. In a certain time, the greater the wind speed and the greater the atmospheric stability, the larger the diffusion range of natural gas.
