改性納米顆粒穩(wěn)定的可逆乳化鉆井液的制備與性能

【摘要】:可逆乳化鉆井液可集中水基鉆井液與油基鉆井液的優(yōu)勢(shì)。現(xiàn)有可逆乳化鉆井液所用乳化劑為表面活性劑,考慮用改性納米顆粒制備可逆乳化鉆井液提高其耐溫性能和穩(wěn)定性。本文優(yōu)選可制備可逆乳狀液的改性納米顆粒,在此基礎(chǔ)上制備可逆乳化鉆井液,并進(jìn)行性能評(píng)價(jià)。經(jīng)研究,改性納米顆粒3可制備可逆乳狀液,在此基礎(chǔ)上制備可逆乳化鉆井液,與表面活性劑HRW穩(wěn)定的可逆乳化鉆井液(乳化劑用量1.4%)相比,所制備可逆乳化鉆井液在乳化劑用量較少(0.8%)的情況下,保持良好的可逆轉(zhuǎn)相性能、濾餅清除和含油鉆屑處理性能,且在耐溫性能(180℃)和穩(wěn)定性(1000VW/O乳狀液破乳電壓)方面明顯優(yōu)于表面活性劑HRW穩(wěn)定的可逆乳化鉆井液(耐溫120℃,550VW/O乳狀液破乳電壓650V)。
[Abstract]:Reversible emulsified drilling fluid can concentrate the advantages of water-based drilling fluid and oil-based drilling fluid. The emulsifier used in reversible emulsified drilling fluid is used as surfactant. The preparation of reversible emulsified drilling fluid with modified nanoparticles is considered to improve its temperature resistance and stability. In this paper, the modified nanoparticles of reversible emulsion can be prepared, on the basis of which, reversible emulsified drilling fluid is prepared and its performance is evaluated. The reversible emulsion can be prepared by modified nano-particle 3, and the reversible emulsified drilling fluid is prepared on this basis, which is compared with the reversible emulsified drilling fluid stabilized by surfactant HRW (1.4% emulsifier dosage). The reversible emulsified drilling fluid with less emulsifier dosage (0.8%) has good reversible phase properties, filter cake removal and oil drilling chip treatment.
