多工況氫網(wǎng)絡壓縮機配置和運行優(yōu)化

【摘要】:煉油廠在實際運行過程中,加氫裝置處理的原料油性質(zhì)發(fā)生變化以及生產(chǎn)負荷調(diào)整,都會導致加氫單元耗氫量的變化。構(gòu)建了具有中間管網(wǎng)的定結(jié)構(gòu)氫網(wǎng)絡優(yōu)化模型,該模型包括供氫單元、氫氣公用工程管網(wǎng)/中間管網(wǎng)、壓縮機、加氫單元、燃料系統(tǒng)以及它們之間的固定連接關(guān)系。在常規(guī)氫網(wǎng)絡中引入壓力為1600 psi(1 psi=6.895 k Pa)的中間管網(wǎng),可以減少一臺加氫裝置的新氫備用壓縮機,設(shè)計階段可少投資一臺壓縮機,即實現(xiàn)了新氫壓縮機的優(yōu)化配置。針對加氫單元正常/高/低負荷3種工況,對具有中間管網(wǎng)的氫網(wǎng)絡進行了優(yōu)化,得到了不同工況下流股的流量分配和壓縮機的啟停策略,從而實現(xiàn)多工況氫網(wǎng)絡的運行優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:In the actual operation of the refinery, the change of the properties of the feedstock treated by the hydrogenation unit and the adjustment of the production load will lead to the change of the hydrogen consumption of the hydrogenation unit. The optimization model of fixed structure hydrogen network with intermediate pipeline network is constructed. The model includes hydrogen supply unit, hydrogen utility network / intermediate pipe network, compressor, hydrogenation unit, fuel system and their fixed connections. By introducing 1600 psi (1 psi=6.895 k Pa) intermediate pipeline network into the conventional hydrogen network, the new hydrogen spare compressor of a hydrogenation unit can be reduced. The design stage can reduce the investment of one compressor, that is, the optimal configuration of the new hydrogen compressor can be realized. According to the normal / high / low load condition of hydrogenation unit, the hydrogen network with intermediate pipe network is optimized, and the flow distribution of flow unit and the starting and stopping strategy of compressor under different working conditions are obtained, and the operation optimization of multi-condition hydrogen network is realized.
