【摘要】：燃燒臂是用于鉆井平臺(tái)試油作業(yè)時(shí)燃燒油(氣)層經(jīng)試油設(shè)備分離出來的伴生氣或油氣混合物,燃燒時(shí)會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量的熱輻射,對(duì)人、設(shè)備和平臺(tái)造成傷害,因此,鉆井平臺(tái)需設(shè)立相應(yīng)的防護(hù)措施。針對(duì)JU2000E自升式鉆井平臺(tái),介紹配置燃燒臂的技術(shù)參數(shù)、結(jié)構(gòu)組成、性能特點(diǎn)、工作原理、熱輻射危害,并對(duì)熱輻射和水幕防護(hù)進(jìn)行理論計(jì)算和分析,為今后鉆井平臺(tái)建造或升級(jí)時(shí)的燃燒臂選型和防熱輻射分析提供參考。
[Abstract]:The combustion arm is the associated gas or oil / gas mixture separated from the oil (gas) layer of the combustion oil (gas) layer during the oil testing operation of the drilling platform. It will produce a large amount of heat radiation during combustion and cause harm to people, equipment and platform, so, Appropriate protective measures should be set up for drilling platform. Aiming at the JU2000E jack-up drilling platform, the technical parameters, structure composition, performance characteristics, working principle, thermal radiation hazard of the combustion arm are introduced, and the theoretical calculation and analysis of thermal radiation and water curtain protection are carried out. It provides a reference for the selection of combustion arm and the analysis of thermal radiation protection when drilling platform is built or upgraded in the future.
