油田用瓜爾膠組成分析及改性研究

【摘要】:本論文以瓜爾膠原料,使用熱重分析的方法對(duì)瓜爾膠的進(jìn)行了穩(wěn)定性分析和品質(zhì)鑒定,并與常見的油田化學(xué)品進(jìn)行了比較和區(qū)分;另外,分別利用3-氯-2-羥基丙磺酸鈉和磷酸鈉為改性劑對(duì)瓜爾膠進(jìn)行了改性,以粘度和水不溶物為主要評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),通過正交實(shí)驗(yàn)探究得到了影響實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果的最佳工藝條件,通過紅外分析、熱重分析及元素分析等手段進(jìn)行了表征,探討了改性反應(yīng)的作用機(jī)理,再采用流變性實(shí)驗(yàn)、濾失實(shí)驗(yàn)、抑制性評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)驗(yàn)等對(duì)其作為壓裂液稠化劑進(jìn)行了作用效能評(píng)價(jià)。具體內(nèi)容如下:(1)瓜爾膠的分解溫度區(qū)間為230℃~350℃,黃原膠的分解溫度區(qū)間為210℃~450℃,可溶性淀粉的分解溫度區(qū)間為260℃~450℃,玉米淀粉的分解溫度區(qū)間為270℃~450℃,聚丙烯酰胺受熱易分解,聚乙烯醇的分解溫度區(qū)間為200℃~550℃,羧甲基纖維素的分解溫度區(qū)間為200℃~500℃;通過熱重法鑒別出瓜爾膠里含有的聚丙烯酰胺的方法是可行的。(2)以3-氯-2-羥基丙磺酸鈉為磺化劑對(duì)瓜爾膠進(jìn)行改性,以表觀粘度和水不溶物含量為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),通過正交實(shí)驗(yàn)及單因素分析實(shí)驗(yàn)優(yōu)選出較優(yōu)改性條件為:反應(yīng)溫度26℃、反應(yīng)時(shí)間2.0h、氫氧化鈉占瓜爾膠質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為1.0%、3-氯-2-羥基丙磺酸鈉占瓜爾膠質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為0.5%;優(yōu)化項(xiàng)磺化產(chǎn)物的0.6%水溶液的表觀粘度為104.3mPa·s,與瓜爾膠原粉(78.4mPa·s)相比提高了33%。紅外分析中磺化產(chǎn)物在波數(shù)為1195cm-1、617cm-1附近出現(xiàn)的硫氧雙鍵(S=O)和碳硫鍵(S-C)特征峰,證實(shí)成功引入磺酸基團(tuán);DSC分析中磺化產(chǎn)物吸熱峰提前出現(xiàn),熔融溫度降低,S增加;元素分析中C元素的含量降低了1.580%,S元素的含量增加了0.142%,證實(shí)向瓜爾膠分子中成功引入了磺酸基;熱重實(shí)驗(yàn)中磺化產(chǎn)物熱分解峰滯后于原膠出現(xiàn),說明改性產(chǎn)物耐熱性增強(qiáng);通過進(jìn)行壓裂液性能評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明磺化產(chǎn)物較原粉耐溫性有所增強(qiáng),抗濾失性能得到提升,對(duì)地層的抑制性有所增強(qiáng)。(3)以磷酸鈉為磷酯化劑對(duì)瓜爾膠進(jìn)行改性,以表觀粘度和水不溶物含量為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),通過正交實(shí)驗(yàn)及單因素分析實(shí)驗(yàn)優(yōu)選出較優(yōu)改性條件為:反應(yīng)溫度30℃、氫氧化鈉加量為瓜爾膠質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的1.0%、磷酸鈉加量為瓜爾膠質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的0.1%、反應(yīng)時(shí)間為2.0h。優(yōu)化項(xiàng)磷酯化產(chǎn)物的0.6%水溶液的表觀粘度為103.7mPa·s與瓜爾膠原粉(78.4mPa·s)相比提高了32%;紅外分析中磷酯化為產(chǎn)物在波數(shù)1085cm-1、856cm-1附近出現(xiàn)的磷氧雙鍵(P=O)和碳氧磷鍵(P-O-C)的特征峰,證實(shí)了磷酸酯鍵的成功引入;DSC實(shí)驗(yàn)中磷酯化產(chǎn)物熔融溫度降低了,S增加;熱重實(shí)驗(yàn)中磷酯化產(chǎn)物熱分解峰滯后于原膠出現(xiàn),說明改性產(chǎn)物耐熱性增強(qiáng);通過進(jìn)行壓裂液性能評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明磷酯化產(chǎn)物較原粉耐溫性有所增強(qiáng),抗濾失性能得到提升,對(duì)地層的抑制性有所增強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the stability and quality of guar gum were analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis and compared with common oil field chemicals. In addition, the guar gum was modified by sodium 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropylsulfonate and sodium phosphate respectively. The viscosity and water insoluble substance were used as the main evaluation indexes. The optimum technological conditions affecting the experimental results were obtained by orthogonal experiment. The results were characterized by infrared analysis, thermogravimetric analysis and elemental analysis. The mechanism of the modified reaction was discussed, and the rheological experiment and filtration experiment were adopted. Inhibition evaluation experiments were carried out to evaluate its effectiveness as a thickening agent for fracturing fluid.
