【摘要】：以水楊酸和不同鏈長(zhǎng)的烯烴為原料,經(jīng)過(guò)烷基化和鈣化工藝,合成了不同烷基結(jié)構(gòu)的烷基水楊酸鈣,對(duì)其進(jìn)行紅外光譜分析和質(zhì)譜分析,并對(duì)其高溫清凈性、抗氧化性、油泥分散性、抗泡沫性、分水性和膠體穩(wěn)定性等進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),研究不同結(jié)構(gòu)烷基水楊酸鈣產(chǎn)品的性能差別及變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:隨著烷基碳數(shù)變化,烷基水楊酸鈣的高溫清凈性、抗氧化性、油泥分散性、抗泡沫性、分水性和膠體穩(wěn)定性等均存在差異;在烷基碳數(shù)為12~18時(shí),烷基水楊酸鈣具有較好的高溫清凈性、抗氧化性、油泥分散性和膠體穩(wěn)定性;在烷基碳數(shù)為20~22時(shí),烷基水楊酸鈣具有較好的抗泡性和分水性。
[Abstract]:Calcium alkyl salicylate with different alkyl structures was synthesized from salicylic acid and olefin with different chain lengths by alkylation and calcification process. The properties of calcium alkyl salicylate with different structures were studied by evaluating the dispersity, foam resistance, water separation and colloid stability of the sludge. The results showed that with the change of alkyl carbon number, the high temperature cleanliness, oxidation resistance, mud dispersion, foam resistance, water separation and colloid stability of calcium alkyl salicylate were different. When the number of alkyl carbon is 12 ~ 18:00, calcium alkyl salicylate has good high temperature cleanliness, oxidation resistance, mud dispersion and colloid stability, and calcium alkyl salicylate has good anti-foaming property and water separation when the number of alkyl carbon is 20 ~ 22:00.
