蘇53區(qū)塊工廠化鉆井優(yōu)化設(shè)計技術(shù)
[Abstract]:The factory model is the general name of the new drilling and completion model, such as the platform batch drilling and multi-well fracturing. Its central idea is to optimize the whole drilling and completion process as a whole and local optimization. At present, China is in its infancy stage and is constantly groping for it. Optimization. The factory model plays an important role in reducing cost and increasing efficiency in the production of tight sandstone gas in Block 53 gas field. The industrial drilling technology is the key technology of the factory operation. In this paper, the tight sandstone gas in Su53 block is taken as the research object to carry out technical research, through the platform location optimization deployment, the platform optimization design, the drilling rig overall translation, In order to improve the efficiency of factory operation, the key technical problems, such as optimization technology of factory production operation procedure, industrial drilling technology and related tools, equipment matching and so on, are solved by integration and field test of batch drilling technology. It provides strong engineering and technical support for improving the production rate of tight sandstone gas and unconventional resources and the efficiency of exploration and development.
