堿性木質(zhì)素與油頁(yè)巖共熱解協(xié)同作用的TG-FTIR研究

【摘要】:通過(guò)TG-FTIR與動(dòng)力學(xué)方法,研究堿性木質(zhì)素與油頁(yè)巖混合共熱解的協(xié)同作用。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:通過(guò)二者加權(quán)平均理論值與實(shí)驗(yàn)實(shí)際值對(duì)比,發(fā)現(xiàn)在熱失重過(guò)程中僅在高溫?zé)峤鈪^(qū)間有協(xié)同作用。熱解動(dòng)力學(xué)研究表明:堿性木質(zhì)素與油頁(yè)巖可用組合一級(jí)反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)來(lái)描述,混合質(zhì)量比為8∶2時(shí)反應(yīng)活化能E在高溫?zé)峤鈪^(qū)間最高,為抑制作用;其他混合比的反應(yīng)活化能E在高溫?zé)峤鈪^(qū)間最低,為促進(jìn)作用。通過(guò)紅外光譜的檢測(cè),對(duì)共熱解過(guò)程有明顯變化的官能團(tuán)進(jìn)行分析,共熱解過(guò)程析出的CH_4、CO、CO_2、H_2O濃度在高溫?zé)峤鈪^(qū)間均有不同程度的增大,混合比為8∶2時(shí),濃度均為最低。
[Abstract]:The co-pyrolysis of alkaline lignin and oil shale was studied by means of TG-FTIR and kinetics. The experimental results show that by comparing the theoretical values of the weighted average and the experimental values, it is found that there is a synergistic effect only in the high temperature pyrolysis region in the process of thermogravimetric loss. The kinetic study of pyrolysis shows that alkaline lignin and oil shale can be described by combined first-order reaction kinetics. When the mixing mass ratio is 8:2, the activation energy E of the reaction is the highest in the high-temperature pyrolysis region, which is the inhibition effect. The reaction activation energy E of the other mixing ratio is the lowest in the high temperature pyrolysis region, which is the promotion effect. The functional groups with obvious changes in the co-pyrolysis process were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. The concentration of CH_4,CO,CO_2,H_2O precipitated during the co-pyrolysis process increased to some extent in the high temperature pyrolysis region. When the mixing ratio is 8:2, the concentration is the lowest.
