影響勝利油田SAP-HR系統(tǒng)推廣實施的因素研究
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the popularization and implementation of Sinopec SAP-HR system in Shengli Oilfield from 2011 to 2013. The emphasis is on the subjective and objective factors that affect the implementation of SAP-HR system in Shengli Oilfield. As a participant in the promotion and implementation of SAP-HR system in Sinopec, and as the main person in charge of the field in Shengli Oilfield, the author participated in the whole process of extension and implementation of the project. In this paper, we mainly start with the environment of Sinopec and Shengli Oilfield, and analyze the causes of this kind of factors one by one from the angles of regional enterprise culture, humanistic conditions, management structure, management concept, personnel scale, and so on. Background, the level and depth of its influence on SAP-HR promotion and implementation; In terms of subjective factors, the control methods of these factors are analyzed from the aspects of senior management personnel, the selection of popularizing implementation methods and organization coordination. The main contents of the study are as follows: firstly, the factors of corporate culture, style tradition, management structure and scale, management level in the environment are studied. The second is to study the decision-making mechanism, the system function, the demand and the schedule design factors in the top-level design, and the third is to study the factors of popularizing and implementing methods. The fourth is to study the influence control and countermeasure of the above factors. The promotion and implementation of SAP-HR system need to organize and implement macroscopically to grasp the overall thinking of project extension and application, grasp the core and key factors of the project. Only by giving full play to the positive aspects of the factors that affect the application of the project and avoiding the negative risks of these factors can we successfully complete the task of extension and application of the project.
