【摘要】：新型Spar鉆井生產(chǎn)儲油平臺(SDPSO)是一種新型的集"鉆-采-儲-運(yùn)"四大功能為一體,具有干樹鉆井和干樹采油能力的Spar平臺。由于采用了經(jīng)典Spar平臺形式,新型SDPSO平臺深吃水的浮體結(jié)構(gòu)中部存在很大的自然空間,具備大量儲油條件,因此可利用其進(jìn)行原油儲存,擺脫對浮式儲油輪的依賴。利用Spar的結(jié)構(gòu)空間進(jìn)行原油儲存涉及油水置換問題,需進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證油水置換工藝的可行性。針對中輕質(zhì)原油,進(jìn)行新型SDPSO平臺浮式儲油裝置油水置換系統(tǒng)的工藝方案設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:The new Spar drilling and production oil storage platform (SDPSO) is a new type of Spar platform with the functions of "drilling, reserving and transporting" and has the ability of dry-tree drilling and dry-tree oil recovery. Because the classical Spar platform is adopted, there is a large natural space in the middle of the floating body structure of the new SDPSO platform, which has a lot of oil storage conditions, so it can be used to store crude oil and get rid of the dependence on floating oil tankers. Using the structure space of Spar to store crude oil involves the problem of oil-water displacement, so the feasibility of oil-water replacement process should be verified by experiments. For medium and light crude oil, a new type of SDPSO platform floating oil storage system for oil and water replacement system is designed.
