一種小陽離子有機(jī)胺頁巖抑制劑的合成及性能研究

【摘要】:以N-甲基二乙醇胺和溴乙烷為原料合成了甲基乙基二羥乙基溴化銨小陽離子有機(jī)胺頁巖抑制劑。采用單因素法考查了N-甲基二乙醇胺和溴乙烷的摩爾比、反應(yīng)溫度和反應(yīng)時(shí)間對產(chǎn)率的影響,確立了最優(yōu)反應(yīng)條件:N-甲基二乙醇胺和溴乙烷摩爾比為1∶1.4,反應(yīng)溫度為50℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為22 h。產(chǎn)物經(jīng)紅外光譜表征為目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物。采用線性膨脹率實(shí)驗(yàn)、粒度分布實(shí)驗(yàn)、頁巖滾動(dòng)回收實(shí)驗(yàn)、X射線衍射等方法對甲基乙基二羥乙基溴化銨進(jìn)行了抑制性能評(píng)價(jià),結(jié)果表明其抑制性能良好。
[Abstract]:The small cationic organic amine shale inhibitor of methyl ethyl dihydroxyethyl ammonium bromide was synthesized from N-methyldiethanolamine and bromoethane. The molar ratio of N-methyldiethanolamine to bromoethanolamine, the effect of reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield were investigated by single factor method. The optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows: the molar ratio of N-methyldiethanolamine to bromoethanolamine was 1: 1.4, and the molar ratio of N-methyldiethanolamine to bromoethanolamine was 1: 1.4.
