大慶石化HDPE裝置采用Aspen技術(shù)優(yōu)化控制示范工程

【摘要】:大慶石化HDPE裝置采用日本三井油化淤漿法工藝技術(shù),控制系統(tǒng)直接采用DCS集散控制系統(tǒng)。集散控制系統(tǒng)DCS的廣泛使用使過(guò)程控制水平得到了很大的提高,但只是PID回路的集成,仍未脫離常規(guī)PID的控制模式,對(duì)于變量眾多、反應(yīng)快速、耦合嚴(yán)重的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程控制而言,已不能滿足日益激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的需要。本文主要是采用Aspen公司提供的先進(jìn)控制軟件,在大慶石化HDPE裝置實(shí)施聚合生產(chǎn)先進(jìn)控制系統(tǒng)(包括非線性多變量控制器、主要聚合物性質(zhì)的預(yù)測(cè)和產(chǎn)品配方、牌號(hào)切換管理),對(duì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化控制,對(duì)反應(yīng)器的乙烯、共聚單體、母液、己烷、催化劑等進(jìn)料量進(jìn)行優(yōu)化控制,最終提高裝置運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)率,同時(shí)為裝置創(chuàng)造巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。本課題于2011年6月正式啟動(dòng),2011年8月先進(jìn)控制系統(tǒng)全部上線投入使用,2014年9月完成牌號(hào)切換建模工作并上線投用,完成了5000S與2200J自動(dòng)牌號(hào)往返切換工作。運(yùn)行表明,該系統(tǒng)增強(qiáng)了裝置的抗干擾能力,提高了裝置生產(chǎn)的平穩(wěn)性,減輕了操作人員工作負(fù)荷。提高了裝置控制水平,降低裝置物耗,增加經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。減少了主要工藝參數(shù)的波動(dòng),提高了產(chǎn)率,縮短牌號(hào)切換時(shí)間,各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)均達(dá)到了合同要求。
[Abstract]:The HDPE unit of Daqing Petrochemical Company adopts the technology of Nippon Mitsui oil slurry process, and the DCS distributed control system is used directly in the control system. The wide use of distributed control system (DCS) has greatly improved the process control level, but it is only the integration of PID loop, which is still not out of the control mode of conventional PID. It can no longer meet the need of increasingly fierce market competition. This paper mainly uses the advanced control software provided by Aspen company to implement the advanced control system of polymerization production in the HDPE plant of Daqing Petrochemical Company (including nonlinear multivariable controller, prediction of main polymer properties and product formula, brand switching management). The feed amount of ethylene, monomer, mother liquor, hexane, catalyst and so on in the reactor were optimized and controlled. The steady rate of operation of the unit was improved and the economic benefit of the unit was created at the same time. The subject was officially launched in June 2011, and all the advanced control systems were put into use in August 2011. In September 2014, the modeling work of brand switching was completed and put into use online, and the work of switching between 5000S and 2200J automatic brand numbers was completed. The operation shows that the system enhances the anti-interference ability of the device, improves the stability of the production of the device, and lightens the workload of the operator. The control level of the device is improved, the material consumption of the device is reduced, and the economic benefit is increased. The fluctuation of main process parameters is reduced, the production rate is increased, and the switch time is shortened. All the data meet the requirements of the contract.
