均勻腐蝕速率下內(nèi)腐蝕管道最小剩余壁厚預(yù)測方法

【摘要】:對內(nèi)腐蝕缺陷管道建立了三維非線性有限元模型,預(yù)測其失效壓力,并分析管道壁厚、內(nèi)壓、缺陷尺寸對最小剩余壁厚的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:在均勻腐蝕速率下,管道壁厚、內(nèi)壓、缺陷深度和長度是影響最小剩余壁厚的主要因素,缺陷寬度影響較小,可以忽略缺陷寬度方向尺寸的變化;有限元計(jì)算的最小剩余壁厚與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合較好;最小剩余壁厚與管道壁厚、內(nèi)壓近似呈線性關(guān)系,與缺陷長深比近似呈負(fù)指數(shù)關(guān)系;谟邢拊(jì)算結(jié)果,擬合得到最小剩余壁厚公式,其計(jì)算值與爆破試驗(yàn)結(jié)果接近,可以為管道剩余壽命評價提供參考。
[Abstract]:A three-dimensional nonlinear finite element model is established for the pipeline with internal corrosion defects, and the failure pressure is predicted. The influence of pipe wall thickness, internal pressure and defect size on the minimum residual wall thickness is analyzed. The results show that the wall thickness, internal pressure, defect depth and length are the main factors affecting the minimum residual wall thickness at uniform corrosion rate, and the defect width has little effect on the defect width. The minimum residual wall thickness calculated by the finite element method is in good agreement with the experimental results, and the minimum residual wall thickness is linearly related to the pipe wall thickness, the internal pressure is approximately linear, and the ratio of length to depth of the defect is approximately a negative exponential relationship. Based on the results of finite element method, the formula of minimum residual wall thickness is obtained, and the calculated value is close to the result of blasting test, which can provide a reference for the evaluation of residual life of pipeline.
