連續(xù)循環(huán)配套鉆井工具研究

【摘要】:連續(xù)循環(huán)鉆井技術(shù)是為了實(shí)現(xiàn)鉆進(jìn)過程中不停泵接單根而研發(fā)的新工藝。該技術(shù)可有效減少因開泵、停泵造成的井下壓力波動(dòng),降低由于井下壓力波動(dòng)造成的井下復(fù)雜情況及事故發(fā)生,特別有利于壓力敏感井、大斜度井、大位移井、深水井、欠平衡井、窄密度窗口井的安全作業(yè)。本文研究了兩種連續(xù)循環(huán)鉆井技術(shù)及設(shè)備的工作原理,通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)鉆井設(shè)備和閥門制造業(yè)的分析,研制了一種能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)連續(xù)循環(huán)鉆井的連續(xù)循環(huán)配套鉆井工具。其核心是以球閥和側(cè)閥組成的三通連續(xù)循環(huán)短節(jié),以快速連接工具等過渡管匯及其他地面控制系統(tǒng)配套,制定合理的連續(xù)循環(huán)鉆井工藝,達(dá)到快捷可靠的連續(xù)循環(huán)鉆井作業(yè),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)接/卸立柱時(shí)鉆井液連續(xù)循環(huán),保障井下泥漿當(dāng)量循環(huán)密度的穩(wěn)定,減少井下復(fù)雜情況和事故的發(fā)生。通過對(duì)連續(xù)循環(huán)配套鉆井工具樣機(jī)的室內(nèi)外試驗(yàn),經(jīng)過多次改進(jìn)和試驗(yàn),完善了工具在強(qiáng)度、密封、功能等各方面的性能,最終在興古7-H173井進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),證明了本文研制的連續(xù)循環(huán)配套鉆井工具及其工藝的有效性。與CCS連續(xù)循環(huán)系統(tǒng)在井口控制相比,本文研制的連續(xù)循環(huán)配套鉆井工具具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、操作簡(jiǎn)便、流道可迅速轉(zhuǎn)換、壓力波動(dòng)小,保持井下壓力穩(wěn)定等優(yōu)勢(shì),為實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)循環(huán)鉆井作業(yè)提供了有力的工具支撐。
[Abstract]:Continuous circulation drilling technology is a new technology developed to realize continuous pump connection during drilling. The technology can effectively reduce the downhole pressure fluctuation caused by pump opening and pump shutdown, and reduce the downhole complex conditions and accidents caused by downhole pressure fluctuation, especially in favor of pressure sensitive wells, large inclination wells, large displacement wells and deep wells. Safe operation of underbalanced well and narrow density window well. In this paper, the working principle of two kinds of continuous circulation drilling technology and equipment is studied. Through the analysis of domestic drilling equipment and valve manufacturing industry, a kind of continuous circulation drilling tool is developed which can realize continuous circulation drilling. The core of the system is to establish a reasonable continuous circulation drilling technology with ball valve and side valve, a three-way continuous circulation short section, a quick connecting tool, and other ground control systems, so as to achieve fast and reliable continuous circulation drilling operation. Finally, the continuous circulation of drilling fluid is realized in connection / unloading of pillar, which ensures the stability of equivalent circulation density of downhole mud, and reduces the occurrence of complex conditions and accidents in downhole. Through the indoor and outdoor test of the prototype of the continuous circulation drilling tool, after many improvements and tests, the performance of the tool in strength, sealing and function has been improved. Finally, the field test has been carried out in Xinggu 7-H173 well. It is proved that the continuous circulation drilling tool and its technology are effective. Compared with the control of CCS continuous circulation system in wellhead, the drilling tool developed in this paper has the advantages of simple structure, simple operation, rapid flow channel conversion, low pressure fluctuation, and maintaining downhole pressure stability. It provides a powerful tool support for the continuous circulation drilling operation.
