遼河油田大位移井鉆完井技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),遼河油田的油氣勘探開發(fā)正向?yàn)┖:蜏\海發(fā)展,但是由于地理環(huán)境的限制,在灘海、淺海地區(qū)采用大位移的井身結(jié)構(gòu),不僅可以節(jié)約大量資金、人力、物力,而且能夠更好地開發(fā)海洋油氣資源。大位移井鉆井技術(shù),是一種高精尖的鉆井工藝,是當(dāng)今定向井、水平井技術(shù)的綜合系統(tǒng)工程,可廣泛地應(yīng)用于灘海油田、海上油田和地面條件極其復(fù)雜的油氣藏的勘探開發(fā)。應(yīng)用大位移井,不僅使邊際小油田得以成功開發(fā),而且極大地推動(dòng)了國(guó)外先進(jìn)的大位移井技術(shù)在國(guó)內(nèi)的研究與應(yīng)用。近年來(lái),國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者針對(duì)大位移井的技術(shù)難點(diǎn),特別是大位移井優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)理論、國(guó)產(chǎn)化配套技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用軟件技術(shù)等進(jìn)行研究摸索,形成了一定的理論研究方法,然而大位移井技術(shù)在實(shí)際現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用過(guò)程當(dāng)中,由于很多因素,特別是受鉆井地區(qū)特殊環(huán)境的影響,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致大位移井鉆井技術(shù)無(wú)法達(dá)到預(yù)期的開發(fā)效果。本文首先對(duì)大位移井鉆完井技術(shù)中的摩阻和扭矩進(jìn)行了研究分析,得到了不同工況下摩阻扭矩的遞推計(jì)算公式,并給出了降低摩阻和扭矩的方法及途徑,并應(yīng)用于研究區(qū)塊的實(shí)例井;然后又對(duì)大位移井鉆完井技術(shù)中井眼軌道設(shè)計(jì)和適用于研究區(qū)塊的鉆井液體系進(jìn)行了研究,給出了井眼軌道設(shè)計(jì)方法和大位移井合理的鉆井液密度。在以上研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)大位移井鉆完井技術(shù)進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用研究,對(duì)研究區(qū)塊大位移井施工的難點(diǎn)問題進(jìn)行了分析并給出了解決方法,并對(duì)大位移井的施工技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,給出了一整套鉆完井技術(shù)措施,并進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用,為大位移井技術(shù)在該地區(qū)的應(yīng)用提供了理論依據(jù)和實(shí)際指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, oil and gas exploration and development in Liaohe Oilfield have been developing towards the beach and shallow seas. However, due to the limitation of the geographical environment, the large displacement well structure in the beach and shallow water areas can not only save a lot of capital, manpower and material resources, And can better develop marine oil and gas resources. The drilling technology of extended reach well is a kind of high precision drilling technology. It is a comprehensive system engineering of directional well and horizontal well technology. It can be widely used in the exploration and development of oil and gas reservoirs in beach oil fields, offshore oil fields and extremely complex surface conditions. The application of long reach wells not only makes the marginal small oil fields develop successfully, but also promotes the research and application of advanced extended reach well technology abroad in China. In recent years, domestic scholars have studied and groped for the technical difficulties of long reach wells, especially the theory of optimization design of extended reach wells, localization matching technology, computer application software technology and so on, and formed a certain theoretical research method. However, during the practical application of the extended reach well technology, due to many factors, especially affected by the special environment in the drilling area, the drilling technology of the extended reach well can not achieve the expected development effect. In this paper, the friction and torque in the drilling and completion technology of extended reach well are studied and analyzed, and the recursion formula of friction torque under different working conditions is obtained, and the methods and ways to reduce the friction and torque are given. And it is applied to the example well of the research block. Then the well trajectory design and the drilling fluid system suitable for the study block in the drilling and completion technology of the extended reach well are studied. The design method of the borehole track and the reasonable drilling fluid density of the extended reach well are given. On the basis of the above research, the application of drilling and completion technology in extended reach well is studied, the difficult problems in the construction of long reach well in research block are analyzed, and the solving method is given, and the operation technology of long reach well is also studied. A set of drilling and completion technology measures are given, and the field application is carried out, which provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the application of extended reach well technology in this area.
