【摘要】：鄂爾多斯盆地蘇里格氣田儲(chǔ)層非均質(zhì)性強(qiáng),氣水分布規(guī)律復(fù)雜,隨著開發(fā)的深入,低產(chǎn)低效井增多,氣井的管理、資料分析和應(yīng)用難度加大。為此,結(jié)合對(duì)該氣田儲(chǔ)層地質(zhì)認(rèn)識(shí)、生產(chǎn)動(dòng)態(tài)特征分析和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)的成果,提出"蘇中控壓穩(wěn)產(chǎn)、蘇西控水開發(fā)"的技術(shù)思路,將蘇中氣井分為高、中、低產(chǎn)井;蘇西氣井分為連續(xù)帶液井、間歇帶液井和積液井,分類分析評(píng)價(jià)氣井生產(chǎn)動(dòng)態(tài),并提出各類氣井的開發(fā)技術(shù)政策。在氣井分類管理的基礎(chǔ)上,形成了具有該氣田特色的低產(chǎn)低效井差異化管理對(duì)策:①不斷優(yōu)化低產(chǎn)井間歇生產(chǎn)制度,有效減少和降低儲(chǔ)層應(yīng)力敏感效應(yīng)和水鎖傷害,提高了低產(chǎn)井外圍儲(chǔ)量動(dòng)用程度;②建立氣井"三維矩陣"管理方式,明確了氣井措施適用范圍,量化了措施實(shí)施參數(shù),提高了氣井措施有效率;③應(yīng)用智能化氣井管理平臺(tái),推行氣井全生命周期管理。差異化管理對(duì)策貫穿氣井整個(gè)生命周期,大大提高了氣井管理效率,老井的開井時(shí)率、新井貢獻(xiàn)率、措施有效率明顯上升,為該氣田穩(wěn)產(chǎn)提供了幫助和支持,也為同類氣田的高效開發(fā)提供了技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:The reservoir heterogeneity of Sulige gas field in Ordos Basin is strong, and the distribution law of gas and water is complex. With the development, the low production and low efficiency wells increase, the management of gas wells, the analysis of data and the application of gas wells become more difficult. Therefore, combined with the results of reservoir geology understanding, production performance analysis and field test, the technical idea of "controlling pressure and stable production and developing water control in the west of Jiangsu" is put forward, which divides the gas wells into high, middle and low production wells. The gas wells in Suxi are divided into continuous belt wells, intermittent belt wells and accumulative wells. The production performance of gas wells is classified and evaluated, and the technical policies for development of various gas wells are put forward. On the basis of the classification management of gas wells, the differential management countermeasures of low production and low efficiency wells with the characteristics of the gas field are formed: (1) continuously optimizing the intermittent production system of low production wells, effectively reducing and reducing the stress sensitivity effect and water lock damage of reservoirs; The peripheral reserve production degree of low production wells is improved. (2) establishing the "three dimensional matrix" management mode of gas wells, defining the applicable range of gas well measures, quantifying the implementing parameters of the measures, improving the effective efficiency of the gas well measures, and applying the intelligent gas well management platform to carry out the whole life cycle management of the gas well. The differential management strategy runs through the whole life cycle of the gas well and greatly improves the efficiency of the gas well management, the opening time rate of the old well, the contribution rate of the new well and the effective rate of the measure, which provides help and support for the steady production of the gas field. It also provides technical support for the efficient development of similar gas fields.
