氫氣網(wǎng)絡系統(tǒng)的操作靈活性分析與改進
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the changes of raw material properties, catalyst activity attenuation and market demand for product quantity and quality, the operating conditions of hydrogen network often need to be adjusted within a certain range during the actual operation of hydrogen network in refineries. This change may affect the performance of the hydrogen network optimized under fixed operating conditions. In order to analyze the adaptability of hydrogen networks to these changes and to improve the hydrogen networks which do not have enough flexibility, a model and method for analyzing and improving the operational flexibility of hydrogen networks is proposed. Through the case study, the hydrogen source flow rate, the purity and the hydrogen trap flow rate, the operation flexibility of hydrogen network and its limiting bottleneck when the purity fluctuates are analyzed respectively, and the measures to improve the flexibility of hydrogen network are put forward in order to minimize the annual total cost.
