仿水平井開發(fā)滲流機(jī)理及指標(biāo)預(yù)測研究

【摘要】:特低滲透油藏滲透率低、孔喉小,導(dǎo)致滲流能力低、產(chǎn)能低,在埋藏深、豐度低條件下,常規(guī)開發(fā)效益差。仿水平井技術(shù)是將大型壓裂工藝技術(shù)與注采開發(fā)井網(wǎng)相結(jié)合,通過“造長縫、大井距”開發(fā),提高儲量動用率和采油速度,對特低滲透油藏的合理開發(fā)具有重要意義。本文首先利用油藏數(shù)值模擬方法,對仿水平井交錯及正對井網(wǎng)的滲流機(jī)理、交錯井網(wǎng)注水開發(fā)及衰竭開發(fā)的滲流機(jī)理進(jìn)行了對比分析,研究了仿水平井交錯井網(wǎng)注水開發(fā)的滲流階段及貢獻(xiàn)度,對比分析了仿水平井、水平井、直井開發(fā)的滲流機(jī)理,并研究了非均質(zhì)性對仿水平井開發(fā)滲流機(jī)理的影響;然后在滲流機(jī)理研究的基礎(chǔ)上,通過數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計與油藏數(shù)值模擬相結(jié)合的方法,對仿水平井實際區(qū)塊進(jìn)行開發(fā)指標(biāo)規(guī)律分析;最后利用多元線性回歸、改進(jìn)的多元線性回歸方法,分別進(jìn)行了仿水平井開發(fā)指標(biāo)預(yù)測模型的建立與校驗完善,并對這兩種預(yù)測模型進(jìn)行了對比。研究結(jié)果表明:仿水平井交錯井網(wǎng)相對于正對井網(wǎng)來說,波及系數(shù)更大、采出程度更高;仿水平井開發(fā)存在近裂縫早期線性流、近裂縫擬徑向流、系統(tǒng)線性流三個主要的滲流階段,其中系統(tǒng)線性流階段的產(chǎn)能貢獻(xiàn)度達(dá)到95%以上;仿水平井交錯井網(wǎng)開發(fā)時,剩余油主要分布于油井連線附近,是后期加密調(diào)整的重點(diǎn);利用改進(jìn)的多元線性回歸方法得到的指標(biāo)預(yù)測模型準(zhǔn)確度較高。研究成果可為致密砂巖特低滲油藏仿水平井開發(fā)提供理論指導(dǎo)和技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:Low permeability and low pore throat lead to low percolation capacity and low productivity. Under the condition of deep buried depth and low abundance the conventional development benefit is poor. Horizontal well imitating technology is a combination of large fracturing technology and injection-production development well pattern. It is of great significance to reasonable development of ultra-low permeability reservoir by "making long fractures and long well spacing" to improve the production rate of reserves and oil recovery rate. In this paper, by using reservoir numerical simulation method, the percolation mechanism of horizontal well pattern and vertical well pattern, the seepage mechanism of cross well pattern water injection development and failure development are compared and analyzed. The percolation stage and contribution of horizontal well pattern in horizontal well pattern are studied. The seepage mechanism of horizontal well and vertical well development is compared and analyzed, and the influence of heterogeneity on the seepage mechanism of horizontal well development is studied. Then on the basis of the study of percolation mechanism, through the combination of data statistics and reservoir numerical simulation, the development index law of the actual horizontal well block is analyzed. Finally, by using multivariate linear regression and improved multivariate linear regression method, the prediction model of horizontal well development index is established and verified, and the two prediction models are compared. The results show that the cross well pattern of horizontal well is larger in sweep coefficient and higher in recovery degree than that in positive pattern. There are three main percolation stages in the development of imitating horizontal wells: early linear flow near fracture, quasi-radial flow near fracture and linear flow in the system, in which the productivity contribution of system linear flow is more than 95%. In the development of horizontal well pattern, the remaining oil is mainly distributed near the oil well line, which is the emphasis of later infilling adjustment, and the accuracy of the index prediction model obtained by the improved multivariate linear regression method is high. The research results can provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the development of horizontal wells in tight sandstone ultra-low permeability reservoirs.
