9000m鉆機懸臂支房架的非線性屈曲分析及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:針對9000m石油鉆機試驗中的懸臂支房架鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的大變形現(xiàn)象,找出一種可以模擬此種鋼結(jié)構(gòu)變形的計算方法;贏BAQUS對實際的結(jié)構(gòu)分析計算,驗證結(jié)果的可靠性,之后在此計算基礎(chǔ)上優(yōu)化設(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu),并利用同一種計算方法分析驗證新結(jié)構(gòu)的可靠性。
[Abstract]:In view of the large deformation phenomenon of steel structure with cantilever support housing in the test of 9000m oil drilling rig, a calculation method can be found to simulate the deformation of this steel structure. Based on ABAQUS, the reliability of the results is verified, then the structure is optimized based on the calculation, and the reliability of the new structure is analyzed and verified by the same calculation method.
