大位移井波動壓力研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:近年來,大位移井作為一種經(jīng)濟(jì)有效的井型方式和開采手段,正在我國廣泛應(yīng)用。在大位移井鉆井過程中,由于鉆井液對地層浸泡時間長,鉆柱摩擦沖擊井壁嚴(yán)重,井壁失穩(wěn)問題一直是大位移井鉆井過程中的主要問題。現(xiàn)場施工實(shí)踐表明,井壁失穩(wěn)與井底壓力控制密切相關(guān),大多數(shù)井壁失穩(wěn)問題發(fā)生在井底壓力波動期間。因此,對大位移井鉆井過程中的波動壓力狀態(tài)展開研究,優(yōu)選了大位移井井底波動壓力預(yù)測模型,分析了波動壓力的影響因素,以及對鉆井工程優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)和施工參數(shù)優(yōu)選提供理論指導(dǎo)。本文研究了大位移井與常規(guī)井型在井底壓力波動方面的區(qū)別,分析了穩(wěn)態(tài)分析法的優(yōu)勢與不足,給出了將線性回歸法、最小二乘法、黃金分割搜索法有機(jī)結(jié)合的鉆井液流變模式優(yōu)選方法。形成了大位移井偏心環(huán)空流動方程,通過對偏心環(huán)空中赫-巴流體點(diǎn)速度及流量分布規(guī)律的分析,形成了相對準(zhǔn)確的波動壓力預(yù)測模型,并給出了基于赫-巴流變模式的壓力求解方法。對波動壓力的影響因素展開研究,以堵口管下放鉆柱為例,計(jì)算分析了鉆井液性能、鉆柱運(yùn)行速度、井眼環(huán)空間隙和井深對波動壓力的影響,并結(jié)合主成分分析法和灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法對多因素條件下的波動壓力影響程度進(jìn)行了定量分析。最后,結(jié)合一口試驗(yàn)井,對現(xiàn)場施工中的井眼環(huán)空間隙、鉆井液性能以及起下鉆柱速度進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,推薦出了保證井壁穩(wěn)定的合理工程參數(shù)范圍,為現(xiàn)場施工提供指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, long-reach well is widely used in our country as an economical and effective well type and exploitation method. Due to the long time of drilling fluid soaking in formation and the serious impact of drilling string friction on the wellbore, the problem of wellbore instability is always the main problem in the drilling process of extended reach wells. The field practice shows that the wellbore instability is closely related to the bottom hole pressure control, and most of the wellbore instability problems occur during the downhole pressure fluctuation. Therefore, the fluctuating pressure state in long reach well drilling is studied, the prediction model of bottom hole fluctuation pressure is selected, and the influencing factors of wave pressure are analyzed. It also provides theoretical guidance for optimum design of drilling engineering and optimal selection of construction parameters. In this paper, the difference between long reach well and conventional well in bottom hole pressure fluctuation is studied, the advantages and disadvantages of steady-state analysis method are analyzed, and the linear regression method and least square method are given. The optimal selection method of drilling fluid rheological model combined with golden section search method. The flow equation of eccentric annulus in long reach well is formed. By analyzing the velocity and flow distribution of Herba fluid point in eccentric annulus, a relatively accurate prediction model of fluctuating pressure is formed. A pressure solution method based on Herba rheological model is presented. The influence factors of fluctuating pressure are studied, and the effects of drilling fluid performance, drilling string running speed, hole annulus clearance and well depth on the fluctuating pressure are calculated and analyzed. Combined with principal component analysis and grey correlation analysis, the influence degree of fluctuating pressure under multi-factor conditions was quantitatively analyzed. Finally, combined with a test well, the hole annulus clearance, drilling fluid performance and drilling string speed in field operation are optimized, and the reasonable engineering parameter range to ensure the stability of wellbore is recommended, which provides guidance for field construction.
