催化裂化裝置長(zhǎng)周期運(yùn)行的研究
[Abstract]:The operation period of 1.0Mt/aARGG plant in Daqing Refinery and Chemical Company is relatively short at present, and there is a problem of stoppage and rush repair, and there is still a big gap between the long period operation of the plant and that of the same industry at home and abroad. In this paper, according to the operation of a set of ARGG equipment, the factors and reasons that affect the long-period operation are analyzed and studied in depth. The results show that, The main factors include: (1) coking of riser and settler in reaction system; (2) coking blockage in pipe bundle of slurry steam generator in slurry system and equipment mismatch after CRC modification aggravated coking of system; (3) loss of catalyst; (4) pipe of equipment. Fouling of waste pot system in line, Regenerator lining falling off, medium pressure internal heat pipe leakage, tri-rotating single pipe scaling and other equipment corrosion and scaling; (5) the fault caused by smoke machine scaling in unit equipment. In order to make the device run smoothly for a long time, this paper puts forward the optimization and improvement measures aiming at the above main factors. These include: (1) reducing coking in reaction and fractionation systems through feedstock optimization and operational optimization; (2) preventing catalyst loss by enhancing cyclone separator recovery efficiency and preventing catalyst thermal collapse; and (3) optimizing raw materials, Optimizing the operating conditions of the reverse resystem, optimizing the type of catalyst and strictly controlling the operating conditions of the smoke machine and the tri-rotating system, and so on, to comprehensively improve the scaling problem of the smoke machine; (4) by taking measures such as optimizing operation, upgrading the material, etc. The problems such as pipeline leakage and blockage caused by corrosion are solved. (5) through perfecting management measures, it is especially emphasized to strengthen the daily monitoring and scientific management of the equipment, to prolong the service life of the equipment and to have a high operating period. Through the improvement, the problems existing in the operation of the ARGG plant are obviously improved, the failure rate of the equipment is greatly reduced, the number of unplanned outages of the unit and the unplanned shutdown of the unit are obviously reduced, and the cost of production and maintenance is significantly reduced. Economic and social benefits are remarkable.
