大型儲油罐溫度檢測技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:目前的儲油罐油溫測量多局限于電類傳感器,具有極大的安全隱患;诎踩紤],提出了采用基于拉曼散射的全分布式光纖傳感的方法,通過對油罐內(nèi)傳感光纖產(chǎn)生的背向拉曼散射光信號的測量與分析,得到油罐不同深度溫度信息。針對噪聲信號,提出了采用8 000次線性累加平均與小波模極大值配合使用的去噪方法。在系統(tǒng)標(biāo)定時,利用MATLAB對光強(qiáng)比與溫度數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行三次多項(xiàng)式曲線擬合。對于2種光不等衰減問題,提出采用以e為底指數(shù)修正方法。最后對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了精度分析,該系統(tǒng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)油罐不同深度溫度安全檢測,在1.2 km范圍內(nèi)測溫精度為0.8℃。
[Abstract]:At present, the oil temperature measurement of oil storage tank is limited to electric sensors, which has great potential safety problems. Based on the security considerations, a fully distributed optical fiber sensing method based on Raman scattering is proposed. The temperature information of the tank at different depths is obtained by the measurement and analysis of the backscatter light signal generated by the sensing fiber in the oil tank. For the noise signal, a method of denoising is proposed, which is combined with the wavelet modulus maximum and the linear cumulative average of 8 000 times. When the system is calibrated, the cubic polynomial curve fitting of the light intensity ratio and temperature data is carried out by MATLAB. For two kinds of optical unequal attenuation problem, an e based index correction method is proposed. Finally, the accuracy of the system is analyzed. The system can be used to detect the oil tank temperature safely at different depths. The precision of the system is 0.8 鈩,
