FLAT-PRO深水恒流變合成基鉆井液及其應(yīng)用

【摘要】:深水鉆井面臨低溫、安全密度窗口窄、淺層氣易形成氣體水合物、井壁易失穩(wěn)等技術(shù)難題,對(duì)深水鉆井液提出了更高的要求。以Saraline 185V氣制油為基油,通過(guò)優(yōu)選乳化劑、有機(jī)土、降濾失劑及其他處理劑,構(gòu)建了一套適合深水鉆井的FLAT-PRO深水恒流變合成基鉆井液體系。綜合性能評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果表明:該鉆井液在4~65℃下流變性能穩(wěn)定,具有恒流變特性,能有效保護(hù)儲(chǔ)層,其滲透率恢復(fù)值大于90%,能抗10%海水、15%鉆屑污染,易降解,滿足環(huán)保要求。南海LS-A超深水井水深為1 699.3 m,預(yù)測(cè)主要目的層溫度為34.6~36℃,φ508 mm套管鞋處的地層承壓能力系數(shù)低于1.14,安全密度窗口窄,如何控制ECD值、預(yù)防井漏是該井的作業(yè)控點(diǎn),因此選擇密度為1.03 g/cm~3的FLAT-PRO鉆井液開鉆。鉆進(jìn)過(guò)程中,使用FSVIS調(diào)整流變性,維護(hù)黏度在50~70 s,動(dòng)切力在8~15 Pa,φ6讀數(shù)為7~15,φ_3讀數(shù)為6~12,用2%PF-HFR控制濾失量,應(yīng)用井段起下鉆順利,電測(cè)順利,井徑規(guī)則,沒有出現(xiàn)任何復(fù)雜情況。應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,FALT-PRO深水恒流變合成基鉆井液在不同溫度下的流變性能穩(wěn)定,抑制性好,潤(rùn)滑性強(qiáng),能獲得較低的ECD值,滿足深水鉆井的要求。
[Abstract]:Deep-water drilling is faced with some technical problems such as low temperature, narrow safe density window, gas hydrate formation in shallow layer gas and instability of borehole lining, which puts forward higher requirements for deep water drilling fluid.
