考慮工作溫度的封隔器橡膠密封性和可靠性評價

【摘要】:以Y344-142裸眼壓裂封隔器為例,在120℃工作溫度環(huán)境下,通過單軸拉伸試驗、平面拉伸試驗和等雙軸拉伸試驗,測定橡膠不同受力狀態(tài)的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線,確定Mooney-Rivilin橡膠本構(gòu)模型與材料參數(shù)。利用有限元方法,建立了封隔器密封結(jié)構(gòu)分析模型,分析得出了Y344-142裸眼壓裂封隔器在坐封力為82k N時,最大剪應(yīng)力為6.68MPa,最大壓應(yīng)力為19.38MPa,最大接觸應(yīng)力為4.64MPa。提出了用壓縮率、密封性系數(shù)、線壓、面壓評價封隔器膠筒密封性和可靠性的方法,該評價方法成功預(yù)測了樊154塊封隔器的密封性能,在優(yōu)化封隔器膠筒、判斷失效形式上有推廣意義。
