高溫防漏低密度水泥漿體系的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:在對當(dāng)前低密度水泥漿技術(shù)進行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,利用室內(nèi)實驗和緊密堆積理論,優(yōu)選了水泥漿的各組分含量,研制了高溫防漏低密度水泥漿體系。首先以微珠、微硅粉和石英砂為外摻料,每種外摻料設(shè)置3個水平,構(gòu)建了正交試驗方案,測定了每種方案不同密度水泥石的抗壓強度進和抗高溫性能,確定了水泥漿的基礎(chǔ)配方。然后分別對配套的失水劑、緩凝劑、增強劑等外加劑進行了分析研究,確定了各外加劑的類型、最佳加量及適用溫度,進而得到了1.20-1.45g/cm3不同密度序列的深井低密度水泥漿體系。對各水泥漿體系的抗高溫性、穩(wěn)定性和滲透性進行了測定,發(fā)現(xiàn)1.30 g/cm3以上深井低密度水泥漿的表面比較光滑、均勻、密實,而1.20 g/cm3、1.25 g/cm3水泥石,由于大顆粒微珠加量大,水泥含量相對要少,造成表面比較粗糙,孔隙度較大。最后對1.35g/cm3的水泥漿體系進行了地面模擬實驗,實驗結(jié)果與室內(nèi)評價結(jié)果基本吻合,能夠滿足干混工藝和地面施工的要求。研制的低密度水泥漿體系在松南地區(qū)SN-180、SN-211井進行了現(xiàn)場試驗,有效降低了井底液柱壓力,能夠滿足深井長封固井施工要求。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the current low density cement slurry technology, the contents of each component of the cement slurry were optimized by using laboratory experiments and the theory of tight stacking, and the high temperature leakproof low density cement slurry system was developed. Firstly, using microbeads, silica fume and quartz sand as admixtures, three levels of each kind of admixture were set up, and the orthogonal test scheme was constructed, and the compressive strength and high temperature resistance of cement stone with different density of each scheme were measured. The basic formula of cement slurry was determined. Then, the types of admixtures, optimum dosage and applicable temperature are determined, and the low density cement slurry systems with different 1.20-1.45g/cm3 density sequences are obtained. The additives such as water-loss agent, retarder and reinforcer are analyzed and studied respectively. The high temperature resistance, stability and permeability of each cement slurry system were measured. It was found that the surface of the low density cement slurry above 1.30 g/cm3 was smooth, uniform and dense, while 1.20 g / cm ~ (3) C _ (3) / 1.25 g/cm3 cement stone had a large amount of microbeads. Cement content is relatively small, resulting in rough surface, larger porosity. Finally, the ground simulation experiment of 1.35g/cm3 cement slurry system is carried out, and the experimental results are in good agreement with the indoor evaluation results, which can meet the requirements of dry mixing technology and ground construction. The low density cement slurry system has been tested in SN-180,SN-211 well in Songnan area, which can effectively reduce the bottom hole fluid column pressure and meet the requirements of long cementing wells in deep wells.
