非硫磷有機(jī)鈦酸酯的合成及其與DODPA抗氧協(xié)同性能

【摘要】:以油酸和鈦酸四異丙基酯為原料,合成了3種非硫磷有機(jī)鈦酸酯(TAE),用紅外光譜對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征,分別采用差示掃描量熱法和旋轉(zhuǎn)氧彈實(shí)驗(yàn)考察了TAE在聚-α-烯烴(PAO)基礎(chǔ)油中的熱氧化安定性,并考察了其與4,4'-二異辛基二苯胺(DODPA)的抗氧協(xié)同性能。結(jié)果表明,TAE自身不具有抗氧性能,當(dāng)添加0.75%DODPA與0.25%TAE(均為質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù),以PAO基礎(chǔ)油的質(zhì)量計(jì))復(fù)配時(shí),產(chǎn)生良好的抗氧協(xié)同效果,與單獨(dú)添加1%DODPA的PAO相比,起始氧化溫度提高了18.6℃,氧化誘導(dǎo)時(shí)間延長了69.4 min,表現(xiàn)出了良好的抗氧協(xié)同性能。最后,通過紅外光譜分析了油樣在不同氧化時(shí)間下的羰基峰面積,并對(duì)TAE與DODPA的抗氧協(xié)同機(jī)理進(jìn)行了探討。
[Abstract]:Using oleic acid and tetraisopropyl titanate as raw materials, three kinds of non-phosphorous organic titanates were synthesized and characterized by IR spectra. The thermal oxidation stability of TAE in poly (偽 -olefin) (PAO) base oil was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and rotating oxygen bomb test, and the anti-oxygen synergistic property of (DODPA) with 4H _ 4O _ 4-diisooctyl diphenylamine was also investigated. The results showed that 0.75%DODPA and 0.25%TAE (both mass fraction and mass of PAO base oil) had good anti-oxygen synergistic effect. The initial oxidation temperature was 18.6 鈩,
