南一油庫儲運設(shè)施風(fēng)險因素辨識及風(fēng)險評估技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:風(fēng)險因素是指能增加風(fēng)險事故嚴重程度或發(fā)生頻率的事件,風(fēng)險評估則是量化測評這些事件可能引發(fā)的后果或損失程度。本文以南一油庫為評估對象,將其劃分為若干單元,分析每個單元存在的風(fēng)險因素。介紹了安全檢查表法、預(yù)先危險性分析法、故障樹分析法和道化學(xué)火災(zāi)、爆炸指數(shù)法的目的、特點和具體步驟,并分別用以上四種方法針對不同的工藝單元、不同類型的風(fēng)險因素進行定性和定量的風(fēng)險評估。最后分析評估的結(jié)果,得到需重點防范的有害因素,并提出相應(yīng)的對策和補償措施,使系統(tǒng)達到安全。
[Abstract]:Risk factors are events that can increase the severity or frequency of risk accidents, and risk assessment is the quantitative evaluation of the possible consequences or losses caused by these events. In this paper, Nanyi oil depot is divided into several units, and the risk factors of each unit are analyzed. This paper introduces the purpose, characteristics and concrete steps of safety inspection table method, advance hazard analysis method, fault tree analysis method and road chemical fire and explosion index method. Different types of risk factors are assessed qualitatively and quantitatively. Finally, the results of the evaluation are analyzed, and the harmful factors which need to be prevented are obtained, and the corresponding countermeasures and compensatory measures are put forward to make the system safe.
