超聲波輔助強氧化劑解除凝膠堵塞實驗研究

【摘要】:研究了超聲波輔助強氧化劑對Cr~(3+)/HPAM凝膠體系解堵降粘的效果及機理。結果表明,超聲波處理后,凝膠的降粘率可達99.95%,與強氧化劑單獨降解相比,凝膠的交聯(lián)節(jié)點更為疏松,空間層狀密集結構受到了更嚴重的破壞,且Cr(Ⅲ)低聚物單體與聚丙烯酰胺單體顯著增多,聚集體明顯減少。模擬驅替實驗中,超聲波輔助強氧化劑解除凝膠堵塞作用明顯,滲透率恢復率達到38.9%,超聲波與強氧化劑間的協(xié)同作用對凝膠降解促進明顯,具有實用性意義。
