【摘要】：在相同的環(huán)境條件下,研究以聚乙烯醇(PVA)與海藻酸鈉(SA)以及聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)與海藻酸鈉為材料制成的固定化微生物小球?qū)λ惺偷慕到庑Ч?結(jié)果表明;在七天的培養(yǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)中,以PVA為主要材料制成的固定化微生物小球?qū)κ偷慕到饴蕿?0.09%;以PAM為主要材料對(duì)石油的降解率為74.40%.以聚乙烯醇與海藻酸鈉制成的微生物小球?qū)κ偷慕到庑Ч獌?yōu)于聚丙烯酰胺與海藻酸鈉.
[Abstract]:Under the same environmental conditions, the biodegradation of petroleum in water by immobilized microbe pellets made of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and sodium alginate (SA) and polyacrylamide (PAM) and alginate (sodium alginate) was studied. The results showed that the degradation rate of petroleum by immobilized microbe pellets made of PVA was 80.09 and that of oil by PAM was 74.40 in the 7-day culture experiment. The biodegradation effect of microbe pellets made of polyvinyl alcohol and sodium alginate is better than that of polyacrylamide and sodium alginate.
