復(fù)合材料增強(qiáng)管線鋼管的預(yù)應(yīng)力處理及水壓試驗(yàn)
[Abstract]:The increasing demand for natural gas has put forward higher requirements for the pressure bearing capacity of long distance pipeline, but increasing the wall thickness of pipeline and raising steel grade have some limitations, so the composite material reinforced pipeline steel pipe has been developed. In other words, the pressure bearing capacity of the pipe is improved by winding the continuous fiber composite material on the outer surface of the pipe. Based on the pipe with the outer diameter of 508 mm, the composite reinforced pipe is made. The pipe is treated by prestressing method, and the treated pipe is analyzed by water pressure blasting test. The results show that the bearing capacity of the composite reinforced pipeline steel pipe is the result of the superposition of the steel layer and the composite layer, the stress distribution of the structure layer is redistributed by prestress treatment, and the bearing ratio of the composite layer is increased. When the pipe fails, the composite layer is first destroyed. Based on the experimental results, the design pressure calculation method of composite reinforced pipeline pipe is modified.
