水平井水平段延伸能力研究
[Abstract]:Horizontal well is an economical and effective means of exploitation. Drilling horizontal well is a comprehensive reflection of drilling equipment and drilling technology. However, the ultimate drilling capacity of horizontal well is restricted by many factors. For certain theoretical guidance.
In this paper, the static analysis of drill string in horizontal well is carried out, the assumption of rigid shaft lining in traditional model is abandoned, and the calculation model of friction and torque considering ground reaction is established. The horizontal section of horizontal well is regarded as a semi-infinite beam from bit to left, and the curve differential equation under the influence of ground reaction is obtained.
In order to predict the drilling extension limit accurately before drilling and guide drilling operation, the drilling hydraulic extension limit and the drilling mechanical extension limit are calculated respectively.
For the hydraulic extension limit of horizontal wells, the influence of formation factors, drilling pump capacity and annulus pressure loss on the extension limit is mainly analyzed.
The evaluation method of horizontal well extensibility is firstly the mechanical extension limit, hydraulic extension limit, and then combined with drill string strength check for comprehensive evaluation.
In this paper, the extensibility of horizontal wells is analyzed and studied. It involves not only the mechanical analysis of horizontal wells, but also the calculation of frictional resistance and torque of horizontal wells under various complicated working conditions. It provides theoretical reference for improving the extensibility of horizontal wells and has certain guiding significance for improving the extensibility of horizontal wells.
